I spoke with Trey for over 30 minutes on the phone about our situation. We ended up not needing to use this business based on the information Trey shared with me. He recommended an excellent contractor and the work was done promptly and very well. Trey took the time to listen to what we needed and act in our best interest, which we truly appreciate. Although we didn t get to use this business, based on the professionalism and recommendation from Trey, we would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!

Everything About my experience was TOP NOTCH. Very fast to respond to my initial contact. was able to get an Estimate withing a day. Trey kept in constant contact with me. I was able to get the treatment done to my attic done with in a week. That was important to me because i was selling my house. When i needed a clearer receipt for my realtor the office had me a new one in my email within the hour. I would recommend them if you need this type of service!!!!

The Avon Lake Parks & Recreation office called PuroClean to help remove grease stains and cooking smells from the Lake House, a rental facility in Avon Lake. They were cleaning within (1) hour of our phone call and made sure the facility was cleaned for a rental the next day. They not only followed up the next day, but the following week to ensure that the smell was completely gone. Thank you PuroClean for making sure the Lake House was cleaned properly for our renters!

We are beyond grateful to PuroClean Avon Lake! We had a moment of human error which led to our kids bathtub overflowing nearly out of the bathroom onto the carpet. Though we caught it fairly early, water spots started appearing the next day on our ceiling. Worried, we called PuroClean Avon Lake and in no time Trey Bell was here to help. He spent so much time checking everything over for us, gave us recommendations on how we could dry everything out and given we caught it early, he explained how we could fix ourselves and not have to spend a dime. Such great service and kindness! I would highly recommend PuroClean Avon Lake!!

I'm not one to typically write reviews but Terry was amazing. My new dryer wasn't drying my clothes and Terry came out, checked the outside vent on my roof, and removed the blockage that was clogging the outside vent. He could see down the vent and said it was clear and that I didn't need a full dryer vent service. It's rare to find an honest company like PuroClean. I wasn't charged the full amount since the full service wasn't required. The scary thing is that I live in townhomes and he could see that my neighbors have the same issue. Dryer fires are no joke so, consider having your vents cleaned by PuroClean. I'll be talking to my neighbors today. I will definitely reach out to PuroClean for any future needs related to their areas of expertise.

PuroClean did a duct cleaning, and Trey also performed a quick mold inspection for me as well. I have known Erin with the company for over a year now, and she is as professional and responsive as they come. I would highly suggest using them for any of the many services they offer and will not hesitate to make them my first call next time I m in need.

Trey, Tim and Terrence have been amazing! We had a leak from our dishwasher that had soaked part of the laminate floor, the cabinetry and drywall. They responded quickly and were extremely efficient while still being quite thorough. They made us feel comfortable and confident as they removed the damaged and molding materials, treated to prevent any further molding, and dried the entire area. I'm so glad we called PuroClean and will definitely use them should the need arise in the future!

We thought we might have some mold damage so we called Trey to have him come to our house and check the areas out. He was so friendly and professional. He arrived the same day we called and did a thorough inspection of the areas. We were fortunate that none was found, but so thankful for Trey coming over and completing the inspection. Trey also provided a lot of valuable information that we can use going forward to prevent possible issues and maintain a healthy home environment.
