2 years ago the company which I used to work for bought a Mannequin from Glen. It was such a really bad experience for me to deal with him, his customer service is the worse I've ever had, I was verbally abused by him through the phone.
In terms of his mannequins quality I can say it's not an outstanding quality considering our mannequin got stuck everytime we pulled it up or down. I don't recommend this company.

I emailed several time to hire a mannequin via Purfex and did not get a reply, So I called the company to be told they did not want to hire a mannequin - when I asked why they did not even email me back to let me know, I was told he was a one man band and too busy
Seriously, if you are looking to get good service - find another company

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. I had the most awful interaction with this company trying to order a mannequin. I was verbally abused until I had to disconnect the call. Possibly the absolute worst experience I ve ever had making contact with a potential new supplier.
