The items are very overpriced and if my credit was better would not deal with them. I ordered a necklace for my mom on mothers day...turned out the clasp was bigger than the diamond circle!! It was too small and for reasons they quoted to me...cant return it. Its shameful

Just bought a contixo Fpv f16 drone from purchasin...

Just bought a contixo Fpv f16 drone from purchasing power and it has such an easy to navigate app and was able to get off the floor quick. Recommend this drone for beginners.

Purchasing power was able to process my order very quickly and was able to mail it to me right away. Will continue to order from them in the future.

Terrible customer service. Don't really have answers to your questions so they just make up what comes to mind. And it's amazing how the service tech you are talking to can ask his supervisor a question and he comes.right back with a response but when you want to talk to the supervisor you are put on hold for 45 min.

I've purchased serial large items through Purchasing Power. Items I otherwise would not have gotten. This is a great way for me to purchase appliances for my house when needed with an easy payment plan and no credit check.

I purchased and iPhone 12 from the company and it ...

I purchased and iPhone 12 from the company and it was so-called delivered to my address by UPS on the 9/9/21. However, I was at work at the time. So when I got home I checked the mail box, checked my porch, no package. I went on line to see the tracking info. It s been reported it s been sign by me and delivered to me, even though was at work. I called Purchasing Power to inquire about the missing phone , I was told to file a claim with I did. Well my claim was denied by Deanthony Huff a so-called customer care specialist. I called Mr. Huff for two weeks, I emailed him as well with no response. I finally got him on the phone the 3rd week, and he was so dismissive and rude. No matter what I said, his mind was made up. He did not try to help me at all. It disappointing because I ve been with this company since the early 2000. I will not spend no more money with Purchasing Power. The lost a customer.

I have dealt with this company twice before with n...

I have dealt with this company twice before with no issues but this last time has been a nightmare!!! I have been sent three couches all 3 damaged, and I still have one of them sitting in my garage because no one will pick it up, and when I called to tell them last Friday the guy I chatted with said "oh we have received your return and you will have your money refunded to you in 7-10 business days. Well I know that's not true because the couch is in my garage! So I called back on Monday and the lady I spoke with told me as I was told on Friday it will take seven to ten business days to receive my refund.... So here I am still having money taken from my check for a damaged couch I can't even use. VERY FRUSTRATING. This has been on going for 3 months now. 0 Stars from me, but I have to at least post one :(
