We stay at so many resorts. But the Pullman Phuket Arcadia has been our favorite.
The little village has opened up a bit also. A few massage shops and restaurants to add a little variety.
The entire property is amazing!
My wife and I are disappointed were leaving even to another resort on Koh Samui. It will be hard pressed to be like the Pullman Arcadia Resort.

Good enough
The first thing I saw when I enter the hotel area is a small building which many car are park. At first, I thought that is the lobby. But full of car right in front of the door, that can t be it right? And I continue going forward into the hotel.
When I found the lobby, it was beautiful. The service was great. A really warn welcome from the staff. It was great.
One if the things that I like about the place is the way they transport people around the hotel (which is incredibly large). Instead of a golf cart, there a no-door Nissan which work as a buggy. That was unique and cool.
I was in a two bedroom pool villa. It should be cool, nice, and have a large living area because of it price, right? Well, this is weird. They made it, but not at that level. They got a cool mobile phone application where you can order food as a room service, but where do you eat it? Outdoor space? No, this is Thailand, a tropical country right?
What I like most about this place is it s view and the rest is good enough for this level of hotel.
The best place to pamper yourself and your sweetheart. I can only recommend it, I'd love to come back.

Check in time is 3 pm but I CANNOT check-in until 4 pm, not sure if staff need to improve their communication with each other.

-Facilities:gym are small and the exercise machines are all resistant band, not like in a proper gym, very small space to do weight lifting. One of running matchine is suddenly shut down.
- 2 swimming pools are great,beautiful scenery.

Just perfect, staff and management really caring, wonderful swimming pool and spa, excellent breakfast buffet, 10min from the airport not to loose time for a short weekend. Stairs for an easy access to the beach where snorkeling is posible. My benchmark in Phuket. Just go and rest.
This is a good place for relaxation, good scenery. The staffs are warm welcome as good as our home.
Food, spa, and other activities are wonderful.
In my trip, I went outside at 4:00am, the staffs prepared breakfast set for me. I am very impressive.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service, stunning views, magnificent pool, comfy seating/relaxing areas and superb rooms and villas.
A really lovely hotel that we liked so much we went back again a week later! Built on a hill so a bit of hiking or using the resort shuttles to get around but this also makes everywhere feel quite private. Staff are very friendly; two great pools with amazing views, a kids club with a big playground outside, and an amazing breakfast including some really delicious granola of all things! Highly recommended.
