Eat here about once a week and theyre usually friendly. Food is always great! I had to educate the manager on the federal ada laws, but once he understood, he allowed me to eat with my service dog.

The chicken tenders are to die for!
The fried pickles were a bit mushy, but still decent. Fries could use seasoning.

Puleos @Strawberry plains is a wonderful restaurant. Husband and I go here whenever we get a chance and have never had a meal we didn't enjoy. Portion sizes are large, drinks are great. Service has always been excellent. Keep up the good work!!

Great place to eat. Traveling to Biltmore so stopped for lunch. All good is prepared on site and it tastes like it. Got the chopped steak and a salad. Fresh bread was warm and delicious. Plan to stop here again on our way back (Thurs.). Asked to speak to kitchen mgs. (Chris?). Thanked him for a job well done plus such a varied lunch menu at a great price/value.

Service was excellent. We ordered seafood ravioli, and rattlesnake prime rib, both were great, but the prime rib was melt in your mouth. Calimari was cook perfect. Definitely an enjoyable time and dinner.

Stopped by while going through the area. We were at our table for 10 minutes and never saw our server or if we did did not know it. Went to Cracker Barrel across the road and food on the table in less than 10 min. Too bad, I had read good things and was looking forward to it.

My first time here. I had Mike waiting on me and I was highly impressed. His suggestions and knowledge of the menu paired with his friendliness made for a dining experience I shall not soon forget. I will definitely be back. The Ahi Tuna is more than likely the best entree I've ever had. And with the ginger soy sauce (usually I don't dip my meats) it was even better.

Ahi tuna tacos with NAPA Slaw and Wasabi aeoli. With a side of burgundy mushrooms instead of fries.

Very fast with the order up.
Nice place, clean and friendly service.

I have never ever had a bad meal here. Every dish as different as the next and exactly as it should be in taste.i love the service the atmosphere always think of that really cute animated movie called Ratatouille were the quality of the food is truly the goal of the entire staff. Thanks to Steve Puleo for his amazing gift of good taste!

Good food and good srevice, but nothing out of the ordinary. This is a good place if you are staying at a nearby hotel or need a decent meal right off the highway. The waitstaff was the highlight as they were friendly and attentive. Overall, the menu was an odd mix of Southern, Italian, and Seafood. They should probably concentrate their efforts on one style.

I had the Premium Kale Salad with Honey Glazed Salmon amd it was absolutely delicious. Items are priced well, portions are hearty and the atmosphere is that classic Southern Hospitality.

Puleo's Grille was great! We had lunch here on our way to Asheville, NC. Our waitress was friendly and very accomodating. The prices were reasonable and the portions served were generous. Also it's worth noting that they have clean restrooms.

I was passing through on a road trip and stayed for an evening at that exit. When passing by, the restaurant first appeared to be a Mexican restaurant, which is what I was actually in the mood for. Upon being promptly greeted and seated, a quick review of the menu proved this was NOT a Mexican restaurant. It's actually named as an Italian restaurant. However, the menu offered a great variety of southern fare for appetizers and entrees, as well as pasta, steaks, seafood, etc. I actually had the fried green tomatoes over a bed of grits with two types of toppings over it...it was absolutely delicious. I also had the prime rib, which also was cooked to perfection. The meal was so good that I've looked for an opportunity to get back there, and had that opportunity last week. I repeated the fried green tomatoes (as they were the best I'd ever had and that's the biggest craving I had). This time I tried the filet mignon.... a melt in your mouth cut of steak served with asparagus, a salad and bread. Besides adding the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, I also got an additional side of kale greens (which was at an additional charge). Again, the meal was every bit as delicious as my first time.... leaving me again waiting for the perfect road trip to make it through the area! Nice staff, clean restaurant, full service bar. Price equivalent to going to any nice chain steakhouse.

Food was bland, service was seriously lacking. Staff was cussing within a few feet of the dining area. Spoke to the manager about the food and she told us, "No one has ever complained about our food." I've eaten in Italy, this is not Italian food. Would not suggest.

I am a truck driver and was stuck at the Pilot over the weekend. Had the Prime Rib and Shrimp dinner Saturday. Was absolutely delicious. Staff and customers were welcoming and the atmosphere was nice and laid back. Probably going back today

Meh. We have lived right by this place for over a year, but had never tried it. My mother in law was in town from Florida because of hurricane Irma. So we decided to take her out to dinner here. We were not impressed. She ordered the prime rib and said it was okay, but nothing to write home about. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Pretty simple dish to make. It was terrible. I can only describe it as the sauce looked and tasted like old sauce from a jar, and the meatballs were gross. As an Italian, I don't think this place should include the word Italian in their title.

Must go to restaurant off Interstate 40 in Tennessee. The food here was delicious and the service was excellent. The grilled shrimp, caesar salads, porter house, pork chop, mango margaritas, and collard greens were my family's favorites. Thanks Casanda and your colleagues for a wonderful experience. Will surely stop by if we travel through again.

Can't say enough good about this venue! If for some reason their food is not up to expectation they will go out of their way to make it right! Best pasta on this side of Knoxville. BTW you must try their Spinach Dip!
