Terrible experience here as an employee. Leadership is toxic and disrespectful to workforce and lacks integrity. Don t expect to be treated fairly and respected for who you are... if you must work here, focus on the amazing students and don t count on support from admin.

Working here is a joke and I'd give 0 stars if possible. This week the college said that instructors will be required to come after Thanksgiving break and teach from an empty classroom (all students logging in remotely) because the staff have to be there so it's only fair to make everyone be there. Plus how will the staff know that instructors are doing their job? There are no benefits and I'm under paid but constantly accused of not doing my job. The morale here was low before COVID, and it's only getting worse.

PCC is everything you could want from a small community college. Beautiful little campus, a solid variety of classes, and an excellent location. If you hate lecture halls then you're in luck, the majority of classes fit in a normal room. I can't speak for all the staff, but everyone I've interacted with has been respectful.

As a student it's been pretty great. The staff is usually fantastic and helps student out greatly. Some of the staff members in these reviews complaining about having to go in to work during covid should consider themselves lucky to even have employment in the first place. I can tell you if they worked for me they'd be fired immediately and replaced by people who enjoy a paycheck.
