Most people that we have encountered from Puckett have been very good drivers and nice people...

My wife is on hospice care and has been in and out of a hospice facility. The only way she travel is by ambulance. We were originally told it would be a two hour wait. That wait has now been extended to 4 hours. Last week the same thing happened. Their service is terrible. Note: this is the only ambulance company that works with hospice, otherwise we're stuck paying out of pocket. I'm scared to death that my wife will die at home. People shouldn't be put in this position.

I had a heart scare, which as a heart patient is very unpleasant. The guys that work here were incredible. I felt like my comfort, and wellness actually mattered. They were caring, kind, compassionate and thoughtful with every step of the transport process. I highly recommend them. I only wish I knew their names so I could send them a card.

They were FANTASTIC!!! They moved me into a "chair thing" and carried me down the stairs and out to the ambulance. They were very courteous, kind and calm. It was the middle of the night, and I was in a lot of pain, however, felt VERY safe!!!

Pucket came to my house to carry my wife to the hospital , the two guys couldn't have been any nicer. They were so polite even though my wife kept saying she didn't want to go. Thank you very much !!

was almost ran off the road today by one of their drivers. Had literally gotten in the right lane to pass them and as I was a little past their bumper they cut over to the right forcing me to hit my brakes. When I called the number online to report the bad driving, the dispatcher told me that there was no one in the area, basically calling me a liar, and that they didn't track their vehicles by license plate number so there was nothing he could do and then also hung up on me when I was trying to inquire more about what to do next. as I called back trying to get him to still make a report with the license plate number I had gotten, WKX303, he threatened to press harassment charges on me.

Fraudulent billing company operating ambulances. Please use public transport, as opposed to this private excuse of a healthcare company. God bless.

During the Memorial Day weekend I found myself needing to send my family member to the hospital. Puckett has taken him before and provided great care. On this day a young lady by the name of Charllote came in with the team. Very authoritative and disrespectful! I made a comment and she looked at me as well as her team members and rolled her eyes. I explained to her that this is my home and to be respectful of it! Well the foolery continued. While they were securing him on the stretcher. She picked up a folder with my uncle name written on it and placed it on the stretcher as if to carry it with them. I then asked her not to remove anything from my home and to replace the folder. I then asked her to step outside of my home. At this time I was fuming! Her co-workers tried to explain on her behalf and finally realized that I was not listening so they stopped. The remaining crew and Firefighters are the only reason I am scoring this company on this trip with the rating I have, otherwise it would be 1 star! The remaining crew recovered and restored good customer service.

If you can get yourself to the hospital do it! You don't want to know what Puckett is going to charge you! according to them their base rate if you call 911 is over $1000 regardless of what happens.

My mother had to be transported from her doctor's office. Wes & Beth came to our rescue. All I can say is wow. These two treated us with the utmost care. Offered us comfort & reassurance. They were calm, cool , & collected while delivering us safely to the hospital. Thank you Puckett. We knew from minute one we were in great hands.
