Cute building with many interesting businesses! They had amazing events over the summer with dj's playing outside, amazing tunes, and the bar el garito was open so a small crowds gathered to form a street party. Was so much fun!
Amazing space run by passionate people. Love the weekend markets taking place ins the courtyard!

Productive Creative space with various businesses accommodated in the building, easy access to a park situated across the underpass, right next to a great diner Autumn Yard. Stuff is very polite and helpful

I visit Clay Collective where my girlfriend creates pottery often. The area is creative and friendly, the staff are helpful and its right next to Hackney Downs park. More people should visit. There's also a vegan market every Saturday.
Fun people, great atmosphere, very dynamic and diverse range of businesses in here. The IT round the building is excellent, supported by a very nice chap called Bahri.
Who doesn't like a collection of small businesses? Particularly love Re:store, the packaging free eco mini mart.

as a studio space it was fine. as a pasty venue it left a lot to be desired. probably down to the organisers rather than the venue, but I've been to jumble sales with more atmosphere.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Also brings good opportunity to promote your business, get involved with events and network with other small businesses and creatives.
Saw Miracle on 34th Street here for the Christmas pop-up. It was fantastic. Love the wardrobe/snow passage. Well done.

There are a few local businesses here (including the brilliant Barber's Gym) but, aside from that, it's a bit of a scruffy run-down looking car park.
Visited Restore shop for unpackaged foods, good cafe too, it had a California vibe.
Great place to work, lovely to visit. Check it out!

This is a great community hub in the heart of Hackney downs. quite a diverse range of businesses with lots of activities to offer.
Went here for the pop up cinema watching Elf. Was a great night, fantastic bar at the studios with really helpful and friendly staff. The screening was presented all Christmas with a walkthrough wardrobe to set you in the mood. Bar serving all throughout which really helped! Only slightly annoying was it didn't start until 20:30 so had everyone waiting around for an hour.
Nice place to get creative, check out there events they are well organised.

There is so much happening here ...Great artists, great space and the Russet Cafe is my favorite place for a coffee and a snack..

Attended vegan festival here, plenty of opportunities to eat and drink wheelchair friendly although no disabled toilet, very pleasant day out, no parking though

Visited the Vegan Market last week Saturday. The Vlondon Burger is the way forward...absolutely amazing. I could eat 2. Variety of food stalls to tantalise your taste buds. Friendly environment, I ate and enjoyed networking.
