This building and its surrounding has a lot of cheap and delicious food. If you are lucky, you could meet a public figure.

Cozy place, comfortable environment! But need to have a lot of cafeteria to give more modern feels

Everything s cool except the waiting habit, we had an appointment but I waited too damn long

Wide office area. we can park vehicles easily. Though it might be a bit confusing to find a parking slot that is next to the studio you are looking for.

make sure you have identity card to enter this building or else you have to give your ID card

Sadly some staffs are rude to the fangirl who make their event looks full of audience, like they don't need them -..-
