As the buyer of the Vespa Sprint motorbike at a DPM dealer on Jl. Raya Jatinegara Timur - East Jakarta, I am very disappointed because the STNK process has not been completed for more than 2 months, the promise is 45 working days due to invoice problems in Piaggio Indonesia. Sorry if in the future I will take legal steps related to the Law on consumer protection because I have been negligent and have defaulted on what was agreed in the order letter. Thanks
