LV Plaza Indonesia is the most complete LV store in Indonesia, there are Leather and non-Leather Goods, Accessories, Textiles, Shoes, Ready to Wear, Watches and Jewelry, Perfume, and Exotics for both men and women
I luv LV Indonesia, the SA superrrrb, also they have complete collections although the quantity limited. I don't care about the price, i think the price still affordable compare to other asian countries. Also they still give us Evian while other branded boutiques gave us local brand
Extemely disappointed with the staff name Maribeth Komalasari today, very rude and no manner, I am a loyal customer for 10 years but today I was served by Maribeth Komalasari for the first time.
She kept chatting with her colleague and the worst part SHE OFFERED HERSELF TO SERVE OTHER CUSTOMER WHILE SERVING ME.
I ended up not buying anything from the LV Plaza Indonesia store and straight away went to LV Pacific Place to buy the things I wanted.
They always have nice displays! Staff are friendly and helpful. Good knowledge on the products. During pandemic, they're good at keeping their store so it doesn't get too busy. Avoid coming in on weekends, especially in the afternoon because the line going to the store can be quiet long. Mornings are fine.
A number one service high-end boutique. Friendly and same treatment with everyone, not just their regular customer. Even to me, a Magazine editor who came just for editorial support to them.
Some of the advisors were not well-trained (rude).
Been here so many times,
They have attitude, lack of hospitality and make guest feel unwanted. This is a high end store with some attitude problem of their staffs (not all of them) but sure you guys are serving customer, not customer who serves you. We don't need your attitude because you do this for your own living so fix the attitude and don't act like you can even buy one of the bag that'll cost your entire saving. I even checked some of them are well educated from good universities but BRAINLESS.
