Extemely disappointed with the staff name Maribeth Komalasari today, very rude and no manner, I am a loyal customer for 10 years but today I was served by Maribeth Komalasari for the first time.
She kept chatting with her colleague and the worst part SHE OFFERED HERSELF TO SERVE OTHER CUSTOMER WHILE SERVING ME.

I ended up not buying anything from the LV Plaza Indonesia store and straight away went to LV Pacific Place to buy the things I wanted.
