Worst working place i been in my life! Bad attitude from unproffesional, desparate managers, lowest salary. They do not pay you if you break a contract. Don't sign the contract before you read all of it through. Worked for CHEP call center. Noisy, crowdy, dirty chairs. Nothing positive.

Lousy service. The company PT Contact - Telemarketing and Services, is hired by TAP to give back to the riders after 06 contacts, I still did not know what to do, totally unprepared employees, and in my opinion the responsibility is of TAP that subcontracts the company. I bought a ticket for TAP, and they are informing the passenger to go and talk to GOL, the company that was hired to do only a part of the trip. UNFORTUNATE !!!!!!
