PT Autos Ltd Review

I booked my van in for an MOT and asked whether it needed the timing belt changed, the owner looked up my model online and told me I didn't need it doing yet per manufacturers recommendations. So no charging for unnecessary work. They were professional throughout, would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The only garage i have ever liked and not been made to feel uncomfortable at some point. Service, MOTs, repairs...each time, timely repairs, clear pricing, customer service is great. I'm so happy it's near to me....my next house move is going to be within a radius of this place.

Really pleased that this garage is at the end of our road. I've been heading back down to Surrey to a good friend's garage as we moved here over a year ago from London as I need to be able to trust a garage and we all know how hard it is to find a good and honest one. Gentle vapes of steam from the bonnet and water level dropping a bit last Sunday with a full week of needing the car ahead meant finally I had to make the time and read endless google reviews and (still doubting them all as you do before making that leap of faith, lol) I came across PT Autos. Where the chap wrote having moved out he still drives back in to use this garage sounded like me so that was it I went down there. THE NICEST PEOPLE, seriously, no grumpy mechanics anywhere! All genuine happy helpful and honest people who really care about a great reputation to keep the business thriving. Not one breathing in saying "Oh dear that could be this or that and oh well that's going to cost ya." The opposite, they listen to you, they then took the time to work out what the problem was without charging. Lovely atmosphere about the place with kind staff. They called to say what they had found, then gave me a cost and turned the work around on the same day and at a very good price. I will continue to go here as for me it's the people that make a business as much as the quality of work and PT Autos has both and I want to say a huge thanks to Anita and Paul for saving my 'bacon' :)

Honest service. Unlike most mechanics, these people will literately take apart and fix your engine.
