Over that period, she saw my son, my daughter and myself intially. Both of my children eventually moved on to therapists of their own and I continued on with her for the remaining time. She was immensely helpful to us as a group and finally to me alone on a biweekly basis. We ended our reltionship a few months ago when I was in a good enough place to carry on on my own. My children are both doing well and I continue to navigate life from a much better place. I reached out to her to make sure I did this. I was never much of a beleiver in therapy, but I am now.
