PSSI has been a great company to work for . There is opportunity for growth. This is a fast paced, growing industry with lots of opportunities. PSSI IS the industry leader. There most likely is a plant near by, that could have opportunities available.

Wisconsin- Managment and HR is by far the worst in this company, they only care about keeping the contractors happy vs keeping the employees happy. Communication was very bad, if you wanted somthing from HR or managment id take weeks if not months to do, even though it really shouldn t, in many cases we would get there and had to wait 1-3 hours before we could work, holiday payment for work sometimes takes weeks if not months to process at times and they are very striced on being there on time and/or leaving/missing work for being sick, you'd need a doctors note or you'd get a write up, 4 writeups in total per year. 2 week notice for days off even vacation days. No shift differential either.

A great sanitation company for food processing services! Hands down!! Just a horrible company to work for depending on the location. Definitely is not a glorified job.

I work for PSSI almost 4 years is a good company, they treat you right and they do everything to help the employee, I alway get paid I never miss any hours or money. They paid what you work and they treat you as you treat them. If you work and you do what you supposed to do you never will have a problem in any company.... but if you come Yo work for this company and planning to working around when our co-workers working hard you will always have a problem every where. When you apply to work is because you want to work but if you do not want to work just do not apply and go tu buy a ticket to go vacation better because when you apply to work that s mean working hard not means you apply for vacation....

Terrible leadership terrible company I honestly don t see how this company isn t shut down they pay people under the table, show heavy favoritism, discriminative, management has relationships with employees and allows them to come to work whenever they please, unfairly punish employees, management gets in staff faces curses and call employees idiots like seriously no jokes, and then management open employees mail from corporate offices and that s just Streamwood location there s no telling what else goes on at the other locations but this veryyyy sheisty company that needs to be discontinued well for the Streamwood far as I can say or get an entirely new staff there because it s just a disgrace.

This places will let non us citizens work with someone stolen identity and won't do nothing to help!!!
