No Customer Support, No After Sales Service, Inferior Products
Their demeanor is good while the deal is on the table but dissipates totally when the cheque is in their bank account.
I have been dealing with the owner from Perth Based PSS Distributors and the after sales service is not there at all. Makes business promises he cannot keep. They talk the talk but can not walk the walk. Multiple UPS's broke down across sites and I still have them faulty , switches off intermittently. Currently, a faulty part under warranty was sent back to them and the owner refuses to return my calls and has not replaced the part as yet that is still in their possession.
