I would never waste my time with this company again! They called me in for an interview in which went very well so I thought. I was told that within the following week they would have me come in for a second interview. However, had I not called the following week to follow up, I would have not known about a date or time for the second interview. First she had given me the wrong date. I had arrived a half hour early all to be told I was given the wrong date. I showed up the next day and performed the working interview very well. I was supposed to only be there from 12:30 to 2:30 however, I stayed until 4:30. I thought that right there would show them how much of a dedicated worker I was. I worked as if I was really on payroll. They even had me signing of on peoples applications because that on particular day, they were having a job fair. Even that day they made me feel as though I had the job. I followed up with them the next day and from there I kept getting the run around from being told they would contact me later in the afternoon in which they never did. I followed up this past Friday afternoon like I was advised and still got the run around. I eventually gave up and on Sunday evening, I got a call from PSG and was advised that because the other candidate had experience with refugees, they decided to go with that candidate instead of me. I honestly feel as though this here is an act of discrimination. If I were their kind, I would have gotten the job but because I m African American, I didn t get the offer. And I honestly feel as though it is unfair that they got five hours of free work out of me. And decide to contact me to submit me to a position that I m not interested in. I feel used. And will be filing a discrimination lawsuit this week.
