The food was very good I recommend. The service could not have been better !!

I think the food here was great. The service was also great. The only issue I have with this place is the pricing. They charged 10 euros more for the meal I had for a tourist/someone who doesn't have an "S Card". That is a bit weird feeling to me. It is not like I am the typical tourist. I work for a company based in their town. I just happen to be the US sales rep. So when I make a sale some of that money goes into the Mikkeli economy yet I get charged more. Just irks me.

Excellent service and good food. I had pork which was chrispy on the outside and tender inside.

Service and toilets were nice, but...
Musty smell in the restaurant, risotto tasted like something savory that had been stored with sweet cookies (too much rosemary, maybe).

It happens to be an oak gem caught but one of the best places in Mikkeli. Go when it opens again in March.
