This review is for Erika White the maintenance manager. She is great and very responsive!
She communicates well and very experienced in the home maintenance and needs. She is a team player and works well with the owner and tenants to ensure satisfaction for all.
In addition Cindy Johnson the property manager is another great person to work with in that office. She is also very professional and very responsive.
Erika and Cindy are very dependable and I am happy to work with both!

This review is for John Marshall the handyman. I recently asked John to install a new microwave in my rental house. I ordered one at Lowe s in Chandler and had it on hold for John to pick up. John went down the very next day picked it up and installed it. My tenant was so happy with the quick response. John has done several things for me in a timely and professional manner. So this is to let you know that John is my go to guy and I give him 5 stars every time for his quality work and professionalism.

I have been renting a property through this company for over three years now and I have had nothing but good experiences. If there was ever an issue there quick to remedy it. They really really take care of their properties they come check on you and you will need to make sure everything is in order. I have never rented through a rental company longer than I have rented here I really appreciate the folks here thank you so much.

My grandmother Was a renter at their property for about 20 years they hardly ever fixed any of the repairs her house that she rented had mold in the bathrooms as well as under the sink in her kitchen when she called to ask them to have it tested Erica did a walk through my grandmother was told by Erica it was dew not mold we had it tested very much mold they refused to rehouse her instead was told by property owners that her rent was a good price and he wanted her out to hike up the price for the next tenant

My property manager Latrice Currie is awesome! She is always available for me makes things so easy. Always gives me clarity and resolves any issue that I have ASAP. Very reliable, great communicator and always there for us! I been with American associates for over 1 year and I have had the best experience.

I have had to put in 3 service requests since I have been at this address. Every time John has come out in a very hasty and timely manner. He is always clean, professional, and very friendly. Does a great quick job at alleviating any problem we have. For being a single man on a multiple hundred unit lot he should be commended.

This is a great rental agency. From the beginning they were very helpful and quick to fix any issues. Currently I have the pleasure to have Latrice Currie as my rental agent and she has been nothing short of wonderful and professional. During these times she has been quick to respond to any questions and thorough in explaining or solving any problems with the rental that she could in a timely and considerate manure. Even with the issues of working remotely she has been able to answer questions and provide solutions to make my renting experience an easier and pleasant one. She is courteous and responds quickly as do the rest of the agents and office personnel I have had the pleasure of meeting.
