Only then does the misery begin with false promises, wrong deliveries and lies.
Our bathroom has had a delay of more than 3 months .. In addition, we constantly had to call and email about how and what.
Very customer unfriendly!!
The company seems very professional, but nothing could be further from the truth !!!

Nice design, pay for it if necessary but then get out of this case: many errors in delivery, in invoicing (multiple things charged twice), promises not kept and mistakes made will not admit and so on. In the end I even had to call in a lawyer to get the bills right and let them keep their written promise.

Nice received by owner for conversation about renovation of our toilet. The next day we would receive the quote by email. Now, 2 weeks later, no message and no response to sent mail.

Good taste, great ideas. Intentions are good. Be inspired by them. Pay them for design but then really order from someone else !!
After sales is bad. Installation took 10! days (and there wasn't even a problem then).

You are not pressured to buy the kitchen right away. Friendly atmosphere and customer-friendly.

Provence kitchens are at home in all markets. As starters, we (my boyfriend and I) are very satisfied with Provence kitchens! We were amazed when we viewed the range in the showrooms of this beautiful building. We have chosen a kitchen that fits completely within our budget and were very well helped by Wilco de Rooi. There is a good atmosphere within this company with a culture of openness and honesty. For example, we are well informed in advance about the pros and cons of cheaper kitchen equipment. The creativity of Provence kitchens is also admirable. It was great to see our ideas become reality after this was drawn and visualized. It is a professional and creative company. We are very satisfied with the design of our black kitchen with brass handles.

Two months ago talked a few times for a new kitchen. We were well received, took our time and the advice / design was good! Small drawback was that we did not receive a specification. They did think well and the ideas were looked at from different angles. In the end we made the choice for another kitchen builder.

The price of the kitchen equipment is comparable to the larger suppliers such as 123 etc, but because we wanted to help the smaller entrepreneur at this time, we opted for Provence.
However, communication is so lousy that it almost becomes laughable (excessive use of exclamation marks, statements in the form of "I can't answer that at 22:00 (respond when you can, I'd rather have an answer right away) on an email), do not want to admit mistakes and do not have the maturity to contact them yourself when the delayed delivery is there.
It seems that the person who takes care of the communication does not fully understand that you as a company do not communicate with a customer in this way.

Beautiful showroom and great service! The employees really designed a creative kitchen for us and the assembly went without any problems. Definitely recommend!
