Would give this place zero stars if I could. Acquired the company I worked for at the beginning of the year and could never get any pay check right or communicate about why they were different. Demoted staff for pointing out questionable billing practices, and promoted people for doing the best at covering up those questionable billing practices. Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have a lot of changes to make before they will actually be what they present themselves to be. The staff and kids are amazing but anyone corporate level is going to make you want to rip your own hair and eyelashes out.

Horrible agency. Most reviews are from employees. Do your research about this place. Wildly unprofessional office. If you value your child s development and time, stay away. They are trying to take over opening multiple locations in diff states but can t seem to get it right anywhere.

Horrible experience. First off let me start by stating Lawrence Jennings is an irresponsible individual and incompetent. This company does not care about your child. They do no help your child in anything. The service they give a high school student can provide. They don t have adequate training and seems like they hire anyone who didn t even finish college. Perhaps if the city pays these people more money they would have better equipped staff. As a concern parent I want other parents to know the truth and do yourself a favor please go somewhere else.

I have worked for this company and I must say that all the good things I've heard about this company have all been false; with my experience with this company. If I was you, I would look elsewhere for work. I had very little (to no) help from the workers. Basically do it on your own, or if you make a mistake on the paperwork you don't get paid until you fix it (on top of spending money out of my pocket and not getting reimbursed), but the workers will not help you. I worked in the Staten Island location and I've spoken with workers from the Brooklyn location. I can also state, there is at least one biased five star review on here.

Proud Moments is an amazing place to work. You see all the dedication that the staff put into the children and families. They treat each case with utmost time and care. I recommend this agency for anyone with a child on the spectrum. Also for anyone who has experience working with special needs they treat their staff with true respect and kindness!

Proud Moments is such an amazing team and company to be a part of! The leadership is supportive and friendly, the staff are passionate and hardworking, and the clients are the best. I'm honored to have the opportunity to provide high quality services to individuals in need and Proud Moments has helped me grow into an effective, talented, and dedicated BCBA and leader. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to work in the field of ABA or who is looking for ABA services for an individual diagnosed with Autism.

This is one of the worst companies to work for. The incompetent level for recruiters are on a ultimate high. They except you to learn by shoveling emails to you but no one explains anything! You're told that if you cannot cut it then maybe this isn't the place for you- yes I was told by a recruiter. Also, their job description doesn't measure up to reality. Anyone please don't work for this company. One more thing, if anyone reading this they don't provide benefits point blank! There's strings attached. Be aware.
