I called them because I had two toilets in my new (old) house, and both were not working. They came quickly and were able to have one person come an hour and a half out of town to do the work. While I paid for the travel time - it's a union shop - it worked out well and saved the costs of extra people. The plumber was excellent and very thorough, and did two big jobs and then some small ones. Now I have two working toilets, no leaking faucets and everything is tight and running smoothly. They travel around the state and that is smart, as so many people in outlying areas need good quality work. They definitely fit that. And the bill, even with the travel time and charges was still reasonable. I was grateful for the work. Thank you ! Was referred to them because they are a Carrier installer. 2 year old install and ac compressor went out. Was told it was out of warranty and they were on the spot with price for selling me a new unit. Contractor that originally installed it called Carrier(even though he is not a Carrier dealer anymore) and they sent a new compressor. You need to fix what your represent and not try to sell replacements for products that are under warranty
I had an elderly customer that needed a new hot water heater, sewage and pipes fixed and water turned back on quickly before she was released from the hospital. The techs were fast and detailed. Our water heater literally blew up and they came out within a week to install a new one. The techs worked fast and provided updates throughout the process.
Didnt check their work acted as if they didnt wanna be their and dont know what they are doing
The repair man was courteous, intelligent, and actually repaired the problem.
The after hours emergency tech Mitch, came to my house to snake a drain after hours and got there quickly! He was professional and courteous! This isn't the first time my main drain has backed up but it was my first time using protech, not only were the cheaper, they had better communication and left no mess! I will use them for any needs I have moving forward!
