Prosites has hired very nice hard working young people to do the work but their website and SEO package is difficult to customize. I had to spend hours reviewing the website they designed and correcting basic things that should be correct to begin with and still the website is very generic.
They also supposedly are managing my social media, which is Facebook only by the way. The posts on Facebook are stock videos with generic content that at best will not damage my business's presence on social media. In order to do any customization you have to do the work yourself. They don't even suggest any relevant material for the time ( for example messages about COVID-19 to patients) unless you ask for it yourself. So for $611 per month for a year I get stock photos and videos and SEO which is possibly not relevant at this time of social distancing and business being closed.
As a business owner I understand Prosites business model: nice responsive young employees but I also believe you have to provide quality service and product.
the three star will not damage Prosites google reputation but I hope they think about improving their products instead of using the same outdated stock products they have used for years.
