Those that work here are very polite and helpful whenever needed. Nice bank. Could use extra cleaning here and there compared to the other banks but overall never had a bad experience doing business with this bank.

Just received a statement and they are charging $10.00 a month for inactivity..$30.00 deducted from our measly account. I will be closing my account ASAP. We were never informed of such a charge when we opened it.
Why oh why are you still closed? I can sit in a theatre audience, schools are open, all other banks are open, but I can t walk into your lobby for 4 minutes. Ridiculous. Way to make it super hard for customers! Vaccine your employees, don a mask, and open up your credit union. It s time.
Proponent has been a few resource for me throughout the yrs. I just prefer a more sample way on how to bank with them it s limited locations and more effective website would be great. I not looking for offers they us usps services for that. And the hotline is not great as well
I have been a member at this bank since 1996. Up until a few years ago, the service was excellent! I had multiple accounts and even referred many family members. Most recently, my son was a victim of fraud. It s been over 4 months and the investigation has yet to be resolved despite the numerous times that I ve followed up. The branch manager doesn t respond to emails or calls. When you speak with a rep, they aren t able to see or provide any information on the account. I asked to speak to the President of the bank and was mysteriously disconnected. Do not bank here!
