Rude and Unprofessional staff..Website isn't user friendly either.

I called with questions about a property listed online. The application wasn t working and the person a spoke to was extremely rude. I tried to asks multiple questions and even said that I had more questions about the property if that was ok since it was hard to say anything with out being cut off by the staff the response was I can try to have time to answer you. Also since the application wasn t working I attempted to ask if it can be emailed instead or if I can pick it up in person but Didn t get a chance to finish what I wanted to say before getting cut off another time.

Very Professional management company! They will take away all the work, worry and stress of trying to locate a property or rent a property you own. Highly recommend for property owners and those looking to rent!

Waste of money 45$ just for them to tell me , my credit score was a reason they disqualified me or didn t approve my application but I have no evictions , I m just now starting to build my credit , I have a friend who currently rents from them and have no credit just starting out just like me and witch she referred me to this company and seems like they pick and choose who they want to rent to .

Buyer beware: absolutely the worst experience I have had in my life. An absolute waste of my hard earned money. The level of customer service is pathetic. I can find better customer service at a junk yard in a third world country. If you want headaches, frustration, and above all the worst feeling of regret about making a decision to hire a worthless a property management company, you are at the right place. Be my guest. I have always relied on PME to provide the best services to my friends and family and they have never let me down. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, friendly and experts in property management this is who you need to use!

Many times I will take the time to write a negative review, however it is not the case this time around. For the past few months I have been paying different property management application fees and not receiving any follow up calls, emails nothing, It started to feel like a RACK! I was getting discouraged. Cecilia is the PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST! The face of PME. People can always appreciate efficiency and professional mannerism. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I have had a very good experience with PROPERTY Management Experts. Cecilia was professional, and extremely helpful. I felt she went above and beyond for me. I recommend them highly.

PME is an amazing company! What separates them from other P. Management companies is the length of time in business and they re family owned company.
As a result they are run very well. The maintenance department is in house and qualifies them to perform needed repairs cheaper and faster than other companies.
The agents truly care about your home and the tenants they put in them.

The absolute worse ran company in the area. More then half the time you call you can never talk to anyone. I wish I could give them 0 stars. How they are in business is a surprise to me.

My family and I gave rented from pme for 7 years. Nothing in 7 years has been fixed. Broken fence, broken oven, leaking pipe in kitchen wall, mold in kids room window, broken window in kids room. I can go on and on. All have been addressed multiple times with pme with no results. Now my family is forced to live in a hotel because pme and the landlord's insurance can't get things right. Pme says live in the dwelling with fans drying up mold, restoration company says don't stay, running out of money and patience.

Completely unprofessional, takes far to long to get through to repair/maintenance department; and even longer to get them to come out to fix something. I've waited over month for what was a minor issue to be dealt with. One of ladies that I speak to in the maintenance department is always rude and condescending.

I love Property management experts, they are so helpful. CeCe and Luricia thank you for all your help. I couldn't have done it without you.

Some have been taken care of and I'm satisfied for the most part. I apologize if I had exaggerated anything i nmy last review(I didn't and dont feel it was exaggerated at all though). The main thing I have an isse with is the security of this place. I and my wife, Whenever coming or going, have to re-secure the keyed entry doors in the front.

I wish I could give no star to this business!
This business lie to it's consumer just to get their money!
We put $1500 down and sign a contract with them to hold a rental house for us. We been told that if we cancel the contract before signing final release and getting the key, they will only deduct the house rent in those days that the house was out of market because of us, and they will return the rest of our deposit money back.
Because of a problem that we experience for living in that house, we had to cancel the contract. At the first they said it's ok and it will take some more days for cancellation processing, but after about two weeks calling them, finally they said that They will not return ANY of my deposit money!!!
If you want to deal with this business, just keep in your mind that you will not see any of your money or deposit that you will give them!

A quality team of professionals. I have worked closely with Karen, her management team and friends. They have a quality service and know how to get quality tenants in your property. There is no better feeling than knowing you have someone good living in your rental.

Karen is great to talk with about property law, and rental questions! Their videos are very informative, and easy to understand.

I've been happy with PME and having them manage my rental. The office staff, and our agent Marlene, found us a good tenant. Their fees are reasonable, also.

Nothing but a good experience with PME Property management! Cecilia is truly amazing and worked so Diligently on my application Im truly grateful for her! She got me and my family approved for a home in half the time it usually takes! This is my first time having a good experience with a property management and I believe it was because of, Cecilia.. i would recommend PME prop management to all my friends and family! Cecilia truly went above and beyond for me! Shes GREAT!

Pme is the worst company you could ever rent from! Jason brown, at the front desk, is rude & incompetent, he will give you the run around & act like he is high and mighty when he's just a secretary! We made an appointment with Marlene Johnson 2 days in advance at ten am, when we get there we get the run around & were told that she is in another meeting. Why schedule 2 meetings at the same time! Then she's not here at the next promised time. She's unwilling to help. these people only care about themselves & think it's okay to let this company be ran off ignorant people. I've never in my life been so frustrated with a business than I have with Pme. Don't not rent from them! They will do anything in their power to screw up your rental history & are never willing to help or speak to their tenants. Marlene didn't even care enough to ask us into her office she just argued with us in their lobby as well as pme's Attorney who stepped in mine and my other face. As i was trying to leave the conversation she was trying to lecture me as I tried to walk out the door she followed behind to the door still going off as I walked away it was completely unnecessary as well as the most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with. Avoid this kind of behavior when choosing your next home! I agree with the other responses in that I wish I could give this rating no stars.

The Hispanic women was very rude earlier. The one who worked in the front desk. She was so unprofessional whatsoever.

and the lady was so rude and she hung up before I could ask further questions.

In 2020 life has changed dramatically. Having to find a new home to rent is a big challenge. Karen, Cecilia and Lucretia made this journey so so much easier. A move is a roller coaster already mine was a little bit on the difficult side with opticals jumping up in the way to prevent me from getting an amazing new home. All of these wonderful young ladies and a lovely man that answered the door one day to receive my paperwork. Which I wish I knew his name cuz he was a sweetheart. All of them went went outo their way numerous numerous times to help me find my amazing new home. I am so happy with. I could not ask for a better team to help me on my new journey in life. Because of them 20/20 is a lot more brighter Thank you team

PME has handled my rental property in Stockton for 16+ years and they ve always found excellent tenants for me. Also, when I needed major repairs, the PME crew was fast, found and repaired additional problems, then charged me several hundred less than the price I had already agreed to pay. Recently, due to Covid, the tenant has fallen behind and PME is working to help them get government rental assistance. Hardworking and compassionate.

Service is bland and not so enthusiastic. Location is busy area. Parking is terrible.

I have referred several of my clients at Bright Side Real Estate to PME and Karen Carlson specifically. Nothing but happy with her and her office. If you need something rented fast, she should be your first and only call needed!!

Most rude and lazy employees. Renting from PME in Stockton is like getting spit on. It has been an entire month and they can not organize themselves to fix one air conditioning unit. They do not answer the phone and when i take time out of my day to talk in person, the sarcasm and rudeness is unbelievable. My roommates and I are expected to pay rent each month or face the 400 dollar consequence, but when they are asked to do anything themselves, their game of candy crush is more important. The air conditioner has been broken and mold has been spreading since we moved in over 8 months ago. I have seen 2 different incompetent repair men, yet nothing is fixed and they have told us, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". We have a contract! We can't go somewhere else! I am telling you my story so you can avoid these scam artists. On the other hand, If you are looking for a job, I strongly suggest PME. You can get paid to laugh at others misfortune and at the same time, you can sit and grow your fat until closing time.
