Proof of the Pudding is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest! Their food quality is bar none, their service levels are professional and quick and their creativity is amazing. They've been my caterer for numberous events and the results are always the same, the food is absolutely outstanding and we hit a home run! I highly recommend these seasoned professionals if you want to have a successful event! Choose Proof of the Pudding....they totally rock!

Proof of the Pudding is by far, the best full service caterer in Atlanta! From the service, to the food quality, to the people, they are my #1 choice!! Amazing experience always and they get the details right, every single time! I work for a local fortune 100 company and book big events all the time. They used to be my top choice for caterers in Atlanta...but no longer! My wife and I just attended a Wedding they catered Saturday evening and it was the worst food I have ever been served at an event like this. The baby lamb chop appetizers were all over-cooked and served cold. The bacon wrapped dates were also over-cooked so bad they were dried-up. And the entrees - what could have been outstanding, Sea Bass and Filet, were again served cold and the Filet was very tough almost like rubber. I have to tell you I felt so sorry for this family that went to the expense to provide a first-class menu but was executed so poorly by this company. And the service...or should I say what service. Again, due to the lack of servers it took forever for everyone to be served. What's disappointing is this same family used these caters years ago for another daughter's wedding and the food was some of the best I have ever had at a wedding - but how the mighty have fallen! I have also used this company in the past ourselves, but I can no longer recommend them. Do yourself a favor and try two or three caters before planning a special event like this but don t waste your time with this one!

Sorry!!!! No good... I attended a wedding or 25th anniversary in douglasville and Proof in the pudding was Providing the food... All the servers were all confused not knowing who to feed first or what to do. If you asked a server a question they would tell you, that there not your server, wait for your server which is crazy cause about 4 people were our servers. Just horrible. Its crazy that we were table 2 but table 7 ate before us ... Just pure madness. In the future i would not use this company for anything( baby shower, wedding, family reuion, events or for my employer) just garbage.

Proof of the Pudding has been a household name in Atlanta for nearly 40 years, and rightfully so! Their food is delicious, their staff is so friendly, their presentations are incredible, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Their braised beef short ribs are out of this world!

I used Proof of the Pudding at Infinite Energy Center for my wedding and their food, customer service and presentation blew me and my guests away. My account rep, Candice, crossed every "T" and dotted every "I" without me even having to ask. I was amazed at her willingness to go above and beyond to make our wedding day flawless. She made great menu suggestions and her expertise really helped me (I had never planned a big event on my own before). I especially appreciated the special picnic basket that was created for my husband and I to take with us after the reception. The bartenders and attendants during my reception were professional and courteous. I heard rave reviews from my guests about the food, ice cream sundae bar, serving stations and presentation. Proof of the Pudding will not disappoint and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Proof of the Pudding catered my wedding on Valentine s Day and it was absolutely perfect! The food was fresh & delicious. Lauren also graciously accommodated me as I was planning the wedding on my own, and made sure all of my food selections were within my budget. If you are looking for a caterer in the Atlanta area, I would highly recommend proof of the Pudding.

Horrible managers and staff, very rude and disrespectful scheduling manager, managers go to sleep on the job inside trucks, steal merchandise and are just unprofessional I would never advise anyone to work for this company or do business with them, most of their staff quit due to irrational circumstances, I would give this company a 0 if I could

We had a great experience with Proof of the Pudding for our housewarming party in downtown Atlanta. We were able to make a delicious selection from their Gourmet to Go menu. The delivery-server, Georgetta, arrived early and helped me set up a beautiful display. We had several compliments from our guests on the tasty food and the presentation. We will definitely call on them again and highly recommend their services.

Proof of the Pudding is top notch! They did a wonderful job on the food for my parents' joint 70th birthday party. We went with items off their Gormet to Go menu and everything was perfect temperature and we didn't have to do a single bit of prep! Of course, there was more than enough food! Krystine helped me pick everything and make sure it was just right for our event. One of the guests of honor has an allergy to onion and they made sure everything was free of onions, so he could enjoy it all!

As a planner the details matter and those small details can enhance a clients experience. I love that Proof of the Pudding makes each couple feels special by adding their name and date on their signage when they have a tasting. Their food and service is amazing and I know anyone that books them for catering will have an epic experience as well as amazing food.

Delicious food - always responsive. My family had a great time for the food tasting. The macaroni and cheese is to die for. I could just eat my weight in that mac and cheese. The baby cakes are so light and fluffy and soooo delicious! It was great having them at our wedding because they packed us a to go food carrier for the bride and groom which came with some champagne and glasses which was a very cute touch. Would recommend them for any event!

Tasting and communication leading up to the wedding was great, but they showed up an hour and a half late to my wedding. Once they were there, things went smoothly and they did apologize and refund some of the cost.

My company hired Proof of the Pudding last minute for our 2018 holiday party and had a wonderful experience! Our guest list number doubled during planning, and they made the adjustment with no issues. The food was perfect and the service was impeccable. Just paid 10 bucks for a wrap that's not even a full sized wrap. I get we're a captive audience but that's outright robbery. I would have just shut up and dealt with it if I didn't see that the sandwich was 2 days passed it's best use by date. Nice job.

Got off a 4-hour flight from the West coast and stopped by a booth at Atlanta Hartsfield international airport concourse B, looking for a cold bottle of water. I grabbed one and noticed it wasn t cold so I touched a few in the display case to see if they were any cooler. Employee Deborah Ellis started yelling at me, telling me that I was spreading my germs. Just awful attitude and service!

Went for a tasting to plan event meal. Entry was. warm and inviting. There was a welcome sign specifically for our group.
The tasting room was beautifully decorated using our colors and the food set up was gorgeous. I felt like I was in a5 star restaurant. The attendant, the chef and special kudos to the event manager for the experience. Awesome!

Really enjoyed being a Bar Tender and Server. Client was Happy with excellent service. Everybody wore Masks and Gloves.

You know, you can have the most beautiful room or, in my case, an old warehouse, and it s just a gathering. What brings everyone together and makes it a party is the food! LOVE, LOVE Proof of the Pudding! The staff, presentation and the whole experience was top notch!

Our family had a holiday party this past Saturday evening at our house. We had approximately 130 attendees. Proof of the Pudding was our caterer and they did an excellent job. They arrived early, got set up prior to guest arriving, and did a pre-walk through. The food was amazing. The servers we very nice and professional. They even had a person great our guest and take coats. At the end of the evening they did a clean up and a post walk through. We were very pleased and definitely recommend Proof of the Pudding. We will use them again.

Proof of the Pudding rocks! I just attended a wedding they put on at the Stave Room. Let's first talk about innovative awesome food stations, which included donuts and an ice cream shop- how cool is that! The stellar staff was icing on the cake which made sure everyone's needs were met and then some. They certainly went above and beyond. They accommodated me without question with my gluten allergy. Way to go!

I had the opportunity to experience excellent customer service by Lizzie Wilmer! She really went above and beyond to make our Thanksgiving feast amazing. It is people like this that brightens your day by their service and willingness to help others! Thank you Lizzie!!

I worked with Sabrina Curran at Proof of the Pudding for a customer appreciation event our company was holding at the World of Coca-Cola. They were very flexible with creating a custom menu and working within our budget to create a wonderful culinary experience. Their level of professionalism was very impressive. They catered the Christmas party for the company my wife works for this year. The food was AMAZING, the set up was absolutely beautiful, and everyone was kind and professional. i would rate the 4.5 stars of i had the option... the only draw back wad their bartender. She had to be the slowest bartender in the world! I can't imaging why since the majority of the drink selection was 3-4 wine's, 3-4 bottled beers, and 3 canned soda selections. Otherwise, I'll definitely consider them for my own events in the future!

If you want your money s worth, use Legendary Events(Tony Conway). I have worked for both companies in the past. Proof of the Pudding should stick to convention center catering. They are completely incompetent in every possible way! Service is laughable, food is mediocre and the Director of Operations is rude and difficult. There s a reason they are cheaper than the REAL catering companies! They should have stuck to the deli they ran in the beginning. Legendary Events or Bold American Catering are far above the level of service and overall product that Proof of the Pudding provides to it s customers.

The presentation was beyond any expectations I could have ever dreamed. Proof went above and beyond to WOW my guests for this important day in my life. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The portions were just right. I was so impressed with the beginning process of working with my sales rep who took the time to really understand my vision, to the finished product that was amazing!

Once again, Proof of the Proof delivered - they keep on exceeding our expectations.Julie came out a couple of days before the event to make sure that we were on the same page in regards to set-up, time-table, decor etc. From the amazing food (that is always served at the right temperature and in a very professional fashion) to the decoration of the buffet AND the tables. The team was cheerful and made sure that every single guest was taken care of. They are attentive to every need and work super-fast. And when they leave after the party, it looks like the cleaners had just been there!! Thank you!!

went to Infinite Energy Center for a concert. (Proof of the pudding is the caterers )

Ordered 2 slices of pizza plus a hot dog. Also got two beers.
Not complaining about the price, we all know it's going to be overpriced for crappy food. Came out to around $40 something.

I also Asked the cashier for a cup of water... bottled water he asked? No thanks, just a small cup of tap water (I ordered beer)
No problem.... "tap water is $4.00".
Well how much is bottled water?
Bottled water is $6.50
Well can I just have a small empty cup and I will serve myself water from bathroom? "No we are not allowed to do that".

All I wanted to do was swallow an anti-diarrhea pill to help with the crappy food. Aren't restaurants mandated to give tap water if you ask and if you are buying alcohol ?!

Proof of the Pudding at the Infinite Center is AMAZING! As prom chair at a local high school I have depended on Candace Kirkpatrick, the chefs and staff of PotP four years in row! The next three prom sites are booked; if Proof of the Pudding was not an approved caterer, I did not book the location! This year I realized two days before prom that our event was on National Jelly Bean Day and my students NEEDED Jelly Beans as they departed -- she ordered them! Huge hit! The PotP staff is always wonderful with our faculty and students! In addition, Candace supports Relay For Life and has assisted our school with an event in the spring. I sing the praises of PotP to folks all the time -- Professional, Organized, Trustworthy and a Pleasure! Amazing crew! Thanks for all you CONTINUE to do for the Wildcats!

We had a small dinner party catered by Proof of the Pudding and they were outstanding! The food was amazing (one guest kept nibbling after declaring to the server that she was full several times), and the chef and servers were helpful without coming across as intrusive. And our kitchen was spotless when they left. Only downside -- no leftovers the next day because we ate everything at the party!

One word........AMAZING!!!! I have used their services on several occasions and Proof of the Pudding is consistent across the board.. They are so detailed and organized. Being a Type A person, I prepared every single question that I could think of and POP superseded my expectations. Absolutely Spectacular!!!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Proof of the Pudding Catering for 5+ years. They so generously supported The Pink Agenda Atlanta gala for many years allowing us put more money towards breast cancer research and care. Barbara Yontz really became a part of our team and the staff could not have been more helpful! Of course, they were my first choice and call when it was time to get married last year and I could not be more thankful! Proof walked me through the whole process, referred incredible vendor partners, helped me with design and I think my husband is still talking about the food! We could not ask for anything more, but more is just what they did...when we got home from our wedding they wrapped up food for two, champagne, dessert and the perfect end to our wonderful day. The Proof Team is the best in the city. I am so lucky I chose them and highly recommend them for any event!

I will say that the food at my event was quite good, so I give my compliments to the chef. Aside from that, it was an absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company. Their coordinators are uninterested in dealing with you from the very start, and that's a nice way to put it. Every time I sent an email, it took them at least a week to respond. I couldn't figure out the final details until 1 day before my wedding. During the wedding reception, the wait staff looked completely lost and confused about what they were supposed to do and where they were supposed to go. They forgot to bring certain courses to some tables while other tables were almost completely neglected. They also claimed that they were out of certain foods 1/2 way through the reception even though we had a family style setup that was supposed to be unlimited. It turns out that they were also wrong about the amount of food because after the wedding we had a ton of food left that was not served. Overall I was extremely disappointed with this company, and would highly recommend not using them to cater your event.

WOW- Too many good things to say!! Proof catered our wedding in November and it was absolutely amazing! All of our guests loved the fun food stations (especially the flatbread station!) and the staff was incredible to work. From the very beginning, the Proof staff (Jeffro) was responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was just what we wanted. We got married at a brewery, so there was not a kitchen, but Proof was able to bring the kitchen on site and the service was flawless. They even helped us decorate and manage our cookie table. Without a doubt, we would highly reccomend Proof of the Pudding!!

I CANNOT say enough good things about Proof of the Pudding! They recently catered a private event for me . The scheduling process was seamless...they made a potentially stressful situation very easy and simple. The food was also fantastic...they met all my needs in every way. I recommend them without hesitation!
