Prompt Personnel PVT LTD Review

Been working with Prompt Personnel for more than 18 months and had good opportunity to learn new things, Good organization!. My Manager and colleagues are very supportive, encouraging and they make sure i don't face any problem here and you get to learn lot of things how actually the corporate works...Happy to be associated with Prompt.

Just called their contact number to inquire about job vacancies... no one helped...just kept transfering me person to person... and then finallt after the 4th transfer someone said a ' hello how can i help ?' ... i said i am looking for a job can we discuss my profile ??.. the lady just disconnected on my face.... called back again.. got transfered twice and my call was hung up again... NOT DONE!

I am a part of Prompt since almost 6 months and the journey has been amazing! I love the work culture.. My colleagues are supportive and the management takes all the extra efforts to help you.. Happy to be in Prompt!

I am one year old to this organization. I am glad that I am associated with a organization that is so friendly and vision oriented at the same time.
I being the HR I look after almost all the HR related activities. Only thing I would like to mention is people with absconding cases are the one who ends up spoiling the reputation of the organization.
We as a company have some set of rules which is clearly mentioned while the final interview takes place. Every rule and policy is crystal clear.
All I would like to tell is Prompt is been good to me and i am happy to be associated with Prompt.

The interview process in Prompt is systematic and professional. The Management of the company understands and respects value of others time, they fantastically scheduled hierarchy wise interview. Only one word comes to my mind when i think of Prompt - " Graveyard "
If you go through most of the reviews they show you the real picture except for few reviews which are forced reviews rather than showing you the real picture.
Cons-
1. Policies, which are all in favour of prompt.
2. Expect NO chutti.
3. No benefits like pf gratuity ESIC

5. Common toilets, which are pathetic. Thank god toilets are common, or else they woukd have installed cameras there as well. They have zero trust on an employee hence cameras everywhere.

A Big NO NO NO.

I started working with Prompt Personnel since June'2020 and I would say it has been great because the kind of support that I have been receiving is appreciable. I hope to continue here for a quite a good period of time.

Good company to work with. They are super helpful. The company treats the employees well. Majority of the staff here is highly tenured. There are people who are working here since 2010-11 till present. This proves that the relation between the managers and executives is transparent and everyone here has a helping attitude. Keep it up Prompt

1.There is no transparency for the salary being paid & shown on S.slip.
2. They give salary after 10-11 working days. i.e. salary being paid on 1-3rd of month for period of 20th to 19th of every month.

i joined this company during pandemic only. Seniors are very cooperative.its a good opportunity to work with prompt.

It should get an award for worst places to work in world. They make you slog for 12 hrs and pay you peanuts. Awesome leave policy where in they deduct double the money for any leave you take. They don't provide any benefits like pf, esic and stuff. Join any other staffing company, but don't make the mistake of ruining your career by joining prompt.

It s been more than 2 years in Prompt Personnel Consultancy and to be honest, I got to learn a lot things in recruitment's it s been a good journey till now , great learning experience and brainstorming sessions with your colleagues helps you to make strategic decisions, being a part of the corporate training session organized by the company, with other peers helped me professionally to upgrade myself. The work culture of the company is very good as we have loads of events happening and my special thanks goes to the fundoo team for giving us the break from the routine work and help us to engage in many fun activities. I have been doing my HR summer internship with this company and this company made me realised that I don't have to wait for weekends to enjoy my day...each day has been a learning day as well as fun day to work. The working culture is awesome and people over here are very helpful(such as poonam , melissa monisha maam). They treat us like their family and the guy named prajual has good sense of humour and also taught and helped with my marketing project also.
Prompt personnel just rocks.......

Worst company. Worst policies. They just want to deduct money from your salary. For 3 late marks they deduct 1 day's salary, they also have sandwich leave deduction, if you take 2 leaves in a month then 1 more day's salary will be deducted and if you take 4 day's leave then 6 day's salary will be deducted. Just imagine if you take a long holiday like 10 to 15 days? Then you will hardly get any salary for remaining days. Probation period is for 6 months. So till six months you will have deductions every month.

Apart from this the directors (husband and wife) are very arrogant. They have "I am the Director" feel all the time. If you work here you will go mad between these two people. 1 person will say one thing and other will say something else. They just want their words to be followed in any case. If you do not listen to them they will keep your salary on hold. They do not have any value for their staff.
