Worst company. Worst policies. They just want to deduct money from your salary. For 3 late marks they deduct 1 day's salary, they also have sandwich leave deduction, if you take 2 leaves in a month then 1 more day's salary will be deducted and if you take 4 day's leave then 6 day's salary will be deducted. Just imagine if you take a long holiday like 10 to 15 days? Then you will hardly get any salary for remaining days. Probation period is for 6 months. So till six months you will have deductions every month.

Apart from this the directors (husband and wife) are very arrogant. They have "I am the Director" feel all the time. If you work here you will go mad between these two people. 1 person will say one thing and other will say something else. They just want their words to be followed in any case. If you do not listen to them they will keep your salary on hold. They do not have any value for their staff.
