The reps here are a waste of time. They don t research criteria. They send seekers on a wild goose chase. Their only goal is to get a referral fee. You re better off searching on your own.

Don was an absolute pleasure to work with!! His professionalism extended from early mornings, late nights and even weekends. Don is on top of his game and really knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident. He never said no to any request and worked diligently to assist in my moving process. I'm relocating from Colorado to Georgia this fall to get my master's degree, and I don't know what I would have done without Pro Move! Usually searching for an apartment is stressful, but Ian was so helpful and made the whole process really easy! If I move in the Atlanta again, I will definitely use Pro Move!!!

Does not help people with criminal backgrounds find apartments. So if you have a steady income, good rental history, but a criminal record from years ago like me, your out of luck

I used Promove for the first time this year and absolutely loved my experience. Clark Rizzardi was extremely helpful and I love my new place!

Promove help me find find a decent apartment even with the obstacle of credit and rental issues. I especially recommend Corey Kirk at the Buford location. He was parient and even when i had to change my prefs a few times he was willing and determined to find what i needed.

Darius Davis was an amazing help. Even though I did not end up with an apartment with connections to Promove, I received a lot of help from Darius to get me where I wanted.

Let me start by saying I haven't actually found an apartment YET but that is mainly because I am not ready to move. I went to Promove when I first moved to Atlanta in 06/07. I honestly thought that Promove was closed down and replaced with internet access only. I'm glad I checked on Yelp and confirmed this is not the case. I was very glad to go in and meet with a live person who was very familiar with the city. Promove has also stepped there game up from the days when they just give you tons of property cards to choose from. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and got us seated with someone very quickly. Our agent was Don Smith. Very funny and knowledgeable guy. Once we started working together, he spoke to us (my sister and me), asked us questions and made us feel comfortable. He made sure to get a good understanding of what each of us was looking for so he could fit those needs. Once we had a list of hotel choices based on the area and price range chosen, he went through and with his knowledge of the areas and the feedback he has received, he hid several from the list. Right now I have a list of places to choose from and I feel confident that Don will help me find the right one. I'll keep you posted as I continue my search.

I have been a client of PROMOVE for my last three apartment searches while living in Georgia. My most recent experience with Major Roberson, went the quickest and the easiest. Save yourself the hassle of reaching out to communities for latest prices and promotions, Major did the work..... Not to mention, he handled my requests on his day off! Thank you Major :)

Used Promove this year for a property that was offering a rebate for using them in March. I have emailed Laci Jackson a number of times requesting an update on the rebate, and have been ignored since.

If you work with ANYONE ... please ask for TJ MILLER!!!! He is the BEST, hands down! I will recommend him to everyone looking for an apartment here in the Atlanta & Atlanta surrounding areas. He is awesome!

Good service, BUT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REBATE FROM THEM. PERIOD.

YOU will not receive a rebate they will give you the run around! Waste of time and energy of giving someone you don t know your personal information! I think they use your info for third party! This site is a fake

Intentionally posted apartments outside of my budget and when I asked for new agent they pulled the promove site within a hour so I would suggest doing the search on your own as the information provided was not helpful nor accurate for price, fees, and also loved the agent pushing to lie to apartments about the weight of my dogs......Do have say thank you to THOMAS BOYNTON for wasting my time for a month and now making moving super stressful 2 days before I wanted to move. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE......

They are just bunch of cheats.. !! 1. They did not have any information on the requirement and available apartment. They just pushed me the leasing office address. and I kept making rounds asking for apartments.. no shortlist, no apartment identified, no idea about rent... 2. I identified apartment my self and then WENDI asks me to add their name in the form and i'll get "$ 200 cash back in my mail as check". i wrote it as i have nothing to lose.. but again she has shown her true colours..and there is no cashback.. ~~

Zack Schnyder was my contact and he was AMAZING!! I was sluggish, but Zack worked with me and never got frustrated. I came to him in July and will sign my lease on Saturday. Zack provided 3 estimates for all of the times I changed my mind. All I can say was this was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! THANKS ZACK!!!

I moved up to Atlanta about 6 months ago and was on a tight budget but wanted to live in the heart of the city. Promove was great from the very beginning, sending me many different options and information to help with my apartment search. Six months later, I still love my apartment, love the area I live in, and never would have found it if it wasn't for the assistance from Promove.

I was new to Atlanta and Clark Rizzardi did an excellent job helping me narrow down my search for where I now live. Tony Schaeffer from Promove is the best...I really mean the best at what he does...cares.. He worked with me for 3 months on assisting me with finding somewhere to move, till the end. I had a problem with the apartment I moved into before I moved in and Tony helped me resolve the issue..He called and spoke with them previous times on my behalf. If he didn't assist, I dont know what I would have done..I am from St Louis and I don't know the laws in Georgia yet..I would suggest ANY out of towner to use Promove to help when you move to Georgia..Things are done different here..

I used them to help me find a place when I first moved to Atlanta. My credit wasn t so great, and I was having trouble finding a place that would accept and approve me for one. I wasted so much time, money and effort trying to find something on my own. Finally I tried Promove and I moved into one of my top choices within a week or two. I will definitely recommend and use them again in my next move!

You're honestly better off looking for yourself. They were no help at all. I found more on my own that the complete inaccurate list they sent. 100% would not recommend

Just wanted to say that I was new to Atlanta and needed an apartment but I didn't know enough about the city to make an informed decision on where to live. Luckily, I found Promove. With the expert help of Seth Wallace, I was able to find an apartment that is ideally located and is a good value. Thanks guys!

Used Michael Chislak from Promove and he was very misleading in how I was going to get the promised rebate. I was told they needed to confirm my referral and once that was complete I could claim my rebate. This week I followed up and told I was like out of luck since it s been over 30 days. This is incredibly misleading to tell someone they have to claim a rebate online when you do t tell them the timeline and/or if this was available. Do not use them for your move, you can find the same deals directly with the apartments you find on Google!!

Never received emails nor calls regarding homes then when I called I wasn't even in the system. Very unprofessional.

I have used Promove several times over the last couple years and each experience has been wonderful. I have always worked with Kate from the Druid Hills office (even though that's not the area I was moving to), and she is the best in the business! She is always extremely helpful and quick to return my calls or emails. I love using Promove because they take a lot of the hard work out of finding a new apartment! I will definitely be using Kate and Promove in the future if I decide to move again!

Mike G at PROMOVE was a great help! Without his help scouring through all the apartments in the Atlanta area we would not have found the best fit for us.
