My 2 years at Promise and; disappointments with other orgs, tell me Promise is The Best in Meck for those living w/toxic others, substance abuse and/or mental illness. Why? Reasons abound. Peer support, an employment team, ongoing FREE classes: self-esteem, anger mgmt and personal boundaries and some FUN ones 2; all of which guide a re-orientation of inner dysfuntional thinking/actions and healing. Most profound: Every staff member is in recovery and once you attend Promise, you'll readily see how the approach to Your Recovery hinges on interacting and learning from those whov'e Been There. These people Love Their Jobs and have worked HARD to create the loving, family atmosphere I'm certain you'll notice-as I did-immediately. No burned out bureaucrats or career mental health professionals here. I strictly recommended Promise above all others in this catagory.
