*update: After got a hold of someone I was able to get a good support.
Very hard to speak to someone. I wish they had a better service.

I spoke with Randy Gill this morning. He was very patient, knowledgeable and shared his thoughts very logically without pressure. We discussed my home insurance then he offered to review my car insurance also, that was a bonus for me. He went over all the details to ensure me and my family had the RIGHT coverages. No overselling, he just gave me the facts and we discussed them very rationally. He even said "I don't want to you to have something you don't need!" This was a 'wow' for me. You're lucky to have him and need more like Randy Gill.

After multiple calls and messages to prolink I finally received a call back from Bonita. Although I was frustrated at the lack of response, I spoke with Bonita and she was really kind and helpful. I would have left this as a 1 star but Bonita definitely changed that.

Set up professional liability insurance quickly via on-line questionnaire. Paid them money. Now trying to talk with anyone beyond reception is impossible.

I would like to thank Tomi Omolayo, the Account Manager at Prolink for the amazing support given to me towards my home insurance. On the day of closing, I was hit with situation where in I was suddenly asked to arrange a home insurance, to close the deal, and it was almost in the last few working hours of the day. With a heavy heart, I contacted Tomi and explained my situation. Tomi listened to me very patiently and very professionally assured me help and to my comfort, provided me a time line of 30- 45 minutes to complete the process. I was surprised when I was offered a help to fill in the required details over the phone to avoid delay. I felt terrifically relieved. Again, later some time the account manager called me informing that the document will be ready in 10 minutes and asked me to convey the message to the closing agent. I was so happy, that during these remote working conditions, an update call from the insurance provider shows how much they value and take care of their client needs. Within the promised time, I received my document. If I did not get Tomi's timely help on that crucial day, I would have lost my dream home. I see how professionally the account manager handled my situation. I am happy that Prolink has officials like Tomi who listens to clients, understand client's situation, ready to take an extra step, follow up, and provide appropriate support as required.

Randy explained in amazing detail all aspects of my auto and home insurance. He identified areas of the policy which could improve my coverage as well as areas i could save. This was by far the best insurance discussion in my life. I ve never had someone take the time to go over my insurance with such my detail. Thanks for the one of a kind experience.
