I would like to thank Tomi Omolayo, the Account Manager at Prolink for the amazing support given to me towards my home insurance. On the day of closing, I was hit with situation where in I was suddenly asked to arrange a home insurance, to close the deal, and it was almost in the last few working hours of the day. With a heavy heart, I contacted Tomi and explained my situation. Tomi listened to me very patiently and very professionally assured me help and to my comfort, provided me a time line of 30- 45 minutes to complete the process. I was surprised when I was offered a help to fill in the required details over the phone to avoid delay. I felt terrifically relieved. Again, later some time the account manager called me informing that the document will be ready in 10 minutes and asked me to convey the message to the closing agent. I was so happy, that during these remote working conditions, an update call from the insurance provider shows how much they value and take care of their client needs. Within the promised time, I received my document. If I did not get Tomi's timely help on that crucial day, I would have lost my dream home. I see how professionally the account manager handled my situation. I am happy that Prolink has officials like Tomi who listens to clients, understand client's situation, ready to take an extra step, follow up, and provide appropriate support as required.
