I called today looking for an item that I didn't expect them to have. I was hoping that they could point me in the right direction. They did not even come close to what I needed. However, Kelly took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offer a great suggestion. She was kind, helpful and professional even knowing she wouldn't get a sale out of it!
This company doesn t know if it s coming or going. Tried to get a bed delivered for my Mom, took it to an assisted living, then when she died I tried to schedule a pick up, they told me I owned it then a month later started calling again for pick. Finally got the bed and now a month later still calling to pick up bed.
