WORST Company to join in USA Recruitment Off-shore...

WORST Company to join in USA Recruitment Off-shore Hyderabad team.
No growth of career, you will be in the same position where you have started, they don t even care about your performance (a slave is a slave whether you perform or not)

The cunning HR Head locks the candidates by one simple process for everyone in Recruitment, The APPRAISAL is done every year in April and the incentives are credited every year in MARCH, here is the point if you get good incentives forget about the APPRAISAL, and even if it is there it is not more than 10% even though you are an exceptional performer or least performer (No Difference). The Appraisal discussion should be done before April and the appraised salary should be credited starting from April but it will NEVER EVER Happen, here it will not be done like that I will explain the long process for a small team of less the 10members of OFFSHORE USA Recruitment team, we have to keep begging regarding the Appraisal and the discussion will be done in the month of OCT or NOV and says the BUDGET is closed if you want you take the appraisal or leave (of course people will accept the appraisal as the arrears are given from April or else they have to bear the loss and leave), so people will wait for the next incentives that is in March so they will continue to work. This is a cycle followed every year and making fools of everyone.

There is a situation where a candidate faced was that the HR asked do you want promotion or appraisal, but not both, strange but true.

And this company has the WORST INCENTIVE Structure in the market, while accepting the offer letter i asked the domestic HR Manager Vik ram about the incentive, he doesn't have any idea but says we have the best incentive structure , that s the generic answer as he is a bootlicking person in the company.

There are so many strategies played by the Domestic HR Head, due to which they have lost most of the genuine candidates. Even though if we get the approval of 25% from the USA Leadership, the domestic HR Head will make it to less than 10%.

After some days Management has decided to move the USA Recruitment under a BPO manager Carl ton for surveillance (he doesn't have any knowledge of USA Recruitment Process) and the first thing he needs daily 3-4 qualified CLIENT Submissions, how the hell is this even possible, we explained him that we have our technical panel and each candidate has to go through the interview and it takes time, he was no longer interested in listening to the process and started pressurizing for CLIENT Submissions, everyone ignored as it is better to keep quiet than to argue with the person who has NO knowledge regarding the process. He doesn't even know the USA time zone differences and explains us to work in Pacific time zone i.e. to login at 5PM IST.

Learn the process and then handle the team. He talks about the team and culture.

My advice to the management is please check his own team, can you find any person from other culture in his team. Only from his culture are in his team, please OBSERVE.

The CEO doesn't know about this process, as his below managers and the domestic HR Head will as usually cover up the situations to his favour.

Worst experience ever. I don't recommend this company for experienced professionals in IT, they will just waste your time (no good budget, they dont follow their own words) . They have their own Recruitment process (worst ever) that does not match with any good company process. they will ask your documents before interview and on some reason they dont send you offer.

I attended interview here and I got an offer. My interview process was smooth and I had very good interaction with all the interviewers and he executive Vikram. He was one of the first and nicest hr executive I have worked with. The office building looked a bit cramped but I came to know that there work environment is good.

A service based company which is a boon for techies. Not only for work culture but also in terms of package as well. I, as an employee recommending to associate with this company for experiencing a geek level exposure.
