Great place to live in and GREAT MANAGEMENT team.. the only thing is the ceilings/floorings are not that sound proof. Unless you're on the main floor then it's fine. The walls are great though and sound proof. Just not top and bottom. It's bearable though it's still an apartment - family dwelling unit as per the landlord. Other than my husband and I very happy living here. If we could live here forever we would. Very ideal for busy people having the insuite laundry in the bathroom too and hidden. Appliances are amazing and high end. We received a christmas basket too from Kate Kennedy and were soooo thrilled to receive it. The landlord will keep the area very safe and does almost daily visits inside to make sure there's no strangers sneaking in and they are very open to suggestions.

Incredible Moving Experience! I am genuinely surprised at how nice the entire Edison suites are finished. Top to bottom high quality; job VERY well done! Great communication and super friendly. Moved in to a gift basket alongside complimetary trash bags, laundry pods and dryer sheets and toilet paper. Perfect first day essentials because I never remember which box has the toilet paper! I am so so so happy to have finally found the perfect apartment! The Edison is absolutely stunning.

The Edison has the worst sound proofing. You can hear every single noise from the people living above you, and the construction work sounds are so loud you feel like they re working inside your apartment. They have beautiful units, but their claims of superior sound proofing are false. I ve lived in other apartment buIldings before, and I ve never had the sounds from outside and above me so audible.

Progressive is with property management. Our building is well maintained and inquiries and repairs are handled with quick and friendly customer service!

Couldn t imagine a better place to live. Couldn t be happier. The complex is fantastic and the people are even better. I really can t think of a downside. Kate, the Director/Real Estate is a sweetheart and Mark the Resident Manager is the absolute best. He s at it 24/7 and always a pleasure to deal with. When I left my old place I was worried about leaving a neighborhood where the people were like family. Immediately after moving in here I felt exactly the same. It s home. If you manage to get a place here you have no idea how lucky you are.

I moved to Winnipeg last August, and Progressive Real Estate was extremely helpful in facilitating my move! Kate met with a friend of mine who was living in Winnipeg in June so that she could take pictures of the unit that I was considering on Stradbrook. Kate was quick to reply by email and sent all of my documents electronically, answering any questions that I had online. Progressive left a welcome package that I received upon my arrival in Winnipeg, and Kate has been very flexible and available whenever things have come up since.

I had a chance to work with Ally and her team at Progressive Real Estate and they were fantastic. Professional, accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Progressive to anyone!

Progressive real Estate is definitely one of the best companies. Their properties are very well built and maintained throughout the year. Customer service is excellent. They respond immediately to all questions and concerns through phone calls and emails.

I love living at 153 Aubert at La Maison, it is a beautiful building with stunning views of The Forks via the rooftop terrace. The suites are top notch complete with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter tops, a loft 2nd floor bedroom, glass railings and open concept living. It's the nicest place that I have ever lived.

Me and my wife have been incredibly happy with Progressive since moving to one of their Stradbrook apartments. They are always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The units are beautiful, and better than we could find anywhere else at our price point. The space works well for the two of us and we have no problem fitting a 4 person dining room table in the apartment.

The apartment has really exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here until we are ready to purchase a house.

A great property management company. Friendly staff. Someone is always available when you have any questions or concerns.

Great customer service! Our landlord is super friendly, easy to get along with, and is incredibly accessible and helpful. I have never lived in such a beautiful and well designed flat. Energy efficient, lots of windows and natural light- all things that are a huge plus for me. Progressive is very organized business, and I feel confident that I'm in good hands. Huge plus that it's cat friendly and in a great neighborhood! We love living here!

I absolutely love living in the Edison! The quality of workmanship is superior. I am a very particular person who did my homework. I have gone to high end condominiums to compare the quality and workmanship and the Edison has exceeded the craftsmanship of what I have seen out there. The fitness room is state of the art. The multi-purpose room is by far the nicest in Winnipeg. Lastly the management is EXCELLENT to deal with . Quick to respond if I have any questions and they truly do care about their tenant's. The tenants are a great bunch of people too. :) I look forward to phase two. I am proud to live in the Edison!
