Bad bad & very bad company...when I saw a viral video in lockdown

I m here as CSA and I have experience to this organization . Excellent organization to work with Provide equal opportunity every employee for learning and growth.

One of mine friend is working here according to his review good company but policies not good.

Wrost company .. kindly checks the other comments below and then decide weather want to go or not.

I didn't find this place good for work. Really bad experience in this company.

Poorest company never go for it if you think you are good enough to work with brand in stead of Tati company

Bad company, the reason why I'm still giving 1 star because of the trainer I had. Among all the people he was the best one. Anyway, bad company because, one of the guard was rude and arrogant and had an attitude as if he's the owner of the company. They don t let you go out from the premises, they pretend as if they have a very large area where we can roam easily. Canteen and smoking room is on 5th floor so every time you get a break you have to climb up to 5th floor to enjoy your meal or smoke and it doesn t even have an AC there, all they have is exhaust! Also, they told me that they'll provide one side cab that too only in odd hours and when I told the HR about my area, where I reside, they said they don t provide cabs there so I will have to go on my own from a particular area (near my house) where the cabs go. They also told me that they provide cabs till 20 Kms only, I checked on Google Maps the distance of my place from the office it was only 19 kms, and when I had a word regarding this to one of the spokesperson of HR, Mr. Rohit, he straightly denied that they don t work according to Google Maps and also when I told him that two of my women friends are already working there and they are getting cabs till there places even though they live 1 km far away from my place, he told me that he ll cancel their cabs too but he won t provide me the cab.
Mr. Rohit doesn t have any professionalism and he straightway told me that he doesn t know my area and he doesn t care a bit of knowing it.
Cogent keeps such manner less and ill speaking people like him, also, you guys doesn t have any special team to prevent work harassment but you have such people like Mr. Rohit who doesn t know how to talk to their associates, specially with those who are new. Also, at least stand on your words.

Cogent is like a big consultancy which has tieup with many other company and they are recruiting person for thee different different company to whom they have tieup like zomatto,and for many more companey but mostly they are recruiting for b.o.p but some times they also recruit for technical companey thats all if u got information about cogent in my comment then plz like my post

Good company for startup in bpo sector.
Lot of things to learn but salary is very less

Worst company it's kind a jail for employees don't be hired in it salary structure is worst and everyvtime you will see deductions in your salary.

Nice place to work.
I am currently working here in their Noida branch
The management of Cogent is superb and the office culture is also superb.
No doubt it is on growing stage but it will be in the top names in the future for sure.

Behad has helped me or is there a management that he is not sure what kind of hire he is doing.

Very bad organisation due to some strict rule salary not come on time

Good BPO company for Freshers & experienced persons.

Worst company, worst environment, HR hide so many details like they are going to hold your half month salary,deduct unexpected money for late coming and half days, their trainer are also so untrained. Unprofessionalism is all over the floor.they can't even give a single buck without certification and still cut so much of money from your salary. If someone is relocating so please don't do this for this unprofessional company. I have completed the training but they uncertified me because of English. They are just playing with the unemployed youth emotions, so please kindly check this all before joining. I suffered and don't want to suffer from these issues.

Worst environment to work and didn't like the attitude of the people who didn't even treat other people as employees. I hope if there is a way to give it negative rating so that I can show really how much I hated this place.

Pathetic service. management was very pathetic. they don't know how to speak with leadership employee. I suggest to everyone as a brother don't work here.

One of the worst company, they will make you join with many fake commitment.

I would like to say, Girls should be aware here. Sometimes staffs will make SMS and call to harassing you....

Pay is good. But employees feel like they qre in case. We can't wear loafers , half sleeve shirt etc. A unnecessary rules are applied hear.

Cogent e services is good company.. There is good opportunity . Seniors are very much supportive

I am working in this cogent company present . It has nice environment and very beneficial for me. It is easy to reach this place.

It's ok but I don't like this company as it is itself a third party company also it usually have salary issues.

Domestic call centre bpo offers job for graduates in call centre field

Working here was pathetic experience. The management is not going to support you. And they are always ready to deduct your salary. If you are going to choose this company, better to take time and search another one. And I am telling you that if are going to work here, you will be like "Bandhua Majdoor".
The thing you have to keep in mind before joining that if your shift is 9-6, then have to come 30 min before the shift and can leave the office 30 min after the shift.
