The company is good. All the staff and HR team is friendly. Interview process is also average type.

This is the worst company ever.
Guards here behave like they are the CEO of this company. They think they have the power to humiliate anyone.

Cogent one of the famous BPO in Noida sector cogent is deprecated company has good same and also the employee of there is a very well educated and very skillful and the company's special part is they provides a good salary package for our employees and one time salary over there and I am also a export joint employer

It s a good company. The work culture and the respect among different levels of employees is a satisfaction in itself. This company is a great start for me.

Unprofessional staff, manager , HR and Trainer especially in Volvo Eicher Process.

Good payout by company.. but no epf benefit.. culture is ok.. free meal.. salary given on 15th of next month

Waste of time and money. When I came here for interview I was completely clueless as this is the only company that does not even have a reception, if you have been there then you know what I am saying. I got selected for Zomato chat process with and being a fresher I said yes to the 21 K salary job. Training that they provide for Zomato process is completely verbal and utterly useless in real life scenario. The day I gave my mock test I knew that I will be rejected bcoz these idiots didn't provide any practical training. Desktops in the training room are just for show. After reaching the floor they provided buddy up sessions, which is observe and learn from another associate kind of thing, bcuz even the seniors know that training is useless. After all of this they actually expect u to perform like a professional which is the real Torture here. left the company after 2 weeks from joining date. Cogent is a classic example of ill management. It is not a place for those who take their job very seriously.

I went this company for an interview in backened process. They told me that they are hiring for sales process. I denied that I do not want to work in sales then they offered me a job in chat/email process. Next day they verified my documents and handed me over to trainer. There AM from operations told me that they do not have requirement in backened. I had no option but to leave the training and they have absconded me. I cannot go for an interview for 6 months. It was their mistake and I had to pay the price. I wasted two days and money just because of their fault. If they had no requitement why did they hire.

sorry to tell you here people, the company looks from outside good, management of company is not supportive and very poor, as i joined this company 1 Months Back, i worked here, some how i fallen in deases, still they said log in hours you have to give, else you will be abscond, wow..., Cogent, your passion for work, really you guys are not following rules of employment, you should be punishable by government of India under the sections, guys i am telling you, join else where for happiest work life, but not here.

They keep you up all day and do not explain the process of selection. HR is biased.

Best e-service chain but the problem is time they take lot of time to hire or for documentation etc.waste's employees time with a bit rude behaviour of back hand staff.

Good hearing facilities but mostly negative selection if you have good communication skills then you will be get job but salary is not better
