Owner is great at bait and switch. His website is misleading. How much and quality of items would you find in a place next to a gas station.?? Very disorganized.
I have had to used PPSI services a few times now. Staff has been wonderful helping me. If it weren t for them I would have had a very difficult time doing life while healing from surgeries. I love how conveniently it is located near the hospital. This really helped us after being released from my surgeries. Love this location so much more than the previous one. Thank you all!
Doesn't carry any real supply of items. Get a clue it sits in a gas station parking lot. Seems a little racist to people.
I am disgusted with this company as of today. My daughter has utilized their services since June of 2020. We never had any issues until I went today to get a print out of their tank numbers as my other baby requires oxygen, but uses another company. I needed to distinguish between the two companies tanks. I was asked about insurance information and provided the clerk with her new insurance. Apparently there was a discrepancy in the insurance and alarmed some billing issues. I provided each insurance card for them to make copies to have for their records. I was advised that I needed to contact the insurance company to rectify the problem. After comments from three different women, I finally told them that s not my job. However, the owner came and asked me why do you keep doing that I asked him what was I doing? Seems as though he was implying that I was frauding the insurance company. I have never felt so disrespected and told them I would return their equipment tomorrow and utilize the other company for both of my babies! One thing I will not tolerate is being treated poorly and continue business! I advise no one to go in there and do business with these people.
