Chris Forbush and his team did an excellent job on my mustang. They matched my paint perfect and had the car repaired and back to me in no time! I recommend them to any and everyone!

My repairs took a very long time and they were not without flaw. My seats had damage that was ignored or overlooked and the alignment of my hatch was off to such an extent that you could see outside the car when it was closed. Also the seal around the hatch was separating from the body.
I took the van back to Chris. I explained the issues I had.
What he did next was amazing.
He listened to everything I had to say. He apologized for the errors and he immediately.... I mean -immediately- took my car into the shop and started fixing the problems. In terms of service and commitment and standing behind their work, they are amazing. In terms of how long it takes and the fact that I had to go back at all... they are not there yet. So to me, that s a 5 Star service backed by a 1 Star product. Average is 3 and hence my rating. Rest assured that if they do get something wrong, they will fix it.

Excellent customer service!! I had an insurance claim, and this company made the process so smooth. They did everything they said they were going to do, they honored the time line that they quoted, they helped me line out my rental car while they fixed my car, and they even detailed the interior of my car even though the damages they were repairing were all exterior. I definitely recommend using them for all your auto body repair needs.

Excellent quality work but the staff are difficult to navigate.

They made me wait 15 mins and helped the other customer who arrived there 10 mins after me. Because he was a Usaa policy holder.

These crooks told me over the phone it would cost $40-$60 to reattach my front bumper. When I got there they said $120

These folks did a quality repair on my car after an accident. They were friendly, timely, courteous and lived up to their name--professional. When we thought that something had gone wrong, they gladly brought the car back in. It was not accident related, but they took the time to diagnose it and repair it--FREE.

I just broke the window in my truck and I'll be taking it there in the morning. I wouldn't even consider any place else.
