My repairs took a very long time and they were not without flaw. My seats had damage that was ignored or overlooked and the alignment of my hatch was off to such an extent that you could see outside the car when it was closed. Also the seal around the hatch was separating from the body.
I took the van back to Chris. I explained the issues I had.
What he did next was amazing.
He listened to everything I had to say. He apologized for the errors and he immediately.... I mean -immediately- took my car into the shop and started fixing the problems. In terms of service and commitment and standing behind their work, they are amazing. In terms of how long it takes and the fact that I had to go back at all... they are not there yet. So to me, that s a 5 Star service backed by a 1 Star product. Average is 3 and hence my rating. Rest assured that if they do get something wrong, they will fix it.
