#Customer service fail. It has been more than a week since I was assured my faulty toothbrush would be collected & assessed. Today I was told that even though the call was on the 19 June, it was only logged into their system on 26 June. Why? Noone knows and that is just it - wait, wait and wait some more.

Sad that asking OralB for contact details for Proc...

Sad that asking OralB for contact details for Procter & Gamble is ignored. So now have two OralB toothbrushes that cannot charge because of poor quality chargers and cannot get anyone to respond. Tweeted you yesterday and still no response. Shame on you! Big business doesn't feel the need to answer to the small people.
