Ambition is good, but not at the expense of cynical use of customer loyalty. What you arranged as part of the cashback program destroys all loyalty. Thank you for helping to understand how you "respect and value" your customers. Now your company is blacklisted by our family.

Good afternoon, dear Procter & Gamble employees!

Good afternoon, dear Procter & Gamble employees!
For many years we have been using ARIEL brand detergents and are very satisfied with their quality and affordable prices. We like the variety of assortments - for both white and colored laundry, grease stain remover; conveniently, they are presented in the form of a gel and powder, as well as in capsules. It is important for us that these products do not cause allergies, and that the laundry after washing acquires a fresh, pleasant, unobtrusive aroma. After repeated washings, clothes retain their bright colors, and whites remain snow-white.
Thank you for being attentive to your customers' needs and creating great laundry products. You may not know, but when caring about people, you follow the wise advice: "Do not withhold good from those who need it when your hand has the power to do it." We would like to say heartfelt thanks for the conscientious, hard work!
We sincerely wish you success in your work and prosperity for your company!
Best regards, a team of grateful customers

For several years now I have been fighting with pleas to return Herbal Essences to Russia, but the companies, apparently, want to think about the opinions of customers. I do not need Pantiny, Ossi and so on. I need Herbal Essences, which can be purchased all over the world, including Ukraine and Poland, but not in Russia. A shame! Or learn how to make shampoos suitable for oily hair as Herbal Essences fits, or return this line to the Russian shelves!
