I want to leave 0 but I cannot. This is a fraudulent company with horrible customer service the staff spew ignorant and racist remarks and did not seem to be willing to help with us. I just wanna say that the man named Robert Simpson is very unprofessional and uncourteous. Servicing is horrible and the technician is very rude when he came to my commerce. I had to pay 200$ and they did not fix the issue at hand. They do not recognize customer loyalty which is very important in such an overstaturated market.

This company is a fraud! They had us put a $1000 refundable deposit down for the application for financing, did the application, and we were approved. They asked us to lie to the finance company and say we received the unit. This put up a red flag for us and we decided to back out. Then we attempted many times to get our $1000 deposit back and to this day have not received a dime. Avoid being scammed, steer clear of this fraudulent business

Bad service, bought a machine at 13500$ they robbed my money. They gave me a defected machine. They blamed it on me with bad connection. Then they fixed it ask for more money, after 4 days it brakes again. They send a technician he doesn t More

I just bought new for $ 4000, they sent me bumpy 'use'. They don't want to know anything about an exchange and give me a meager $ 200 rebate to compensate for the meager aesthetic quality of the product delivered. In addition, the requested color was not the right one. Cheaper than elsewhere but it is not worth it if you are to receive 'scrap'.

if the social media is not a way to reciprocate than they wouldn't have a space to write a review. Also, instead of answering my review on social media since its not a way of fixing things than you should of just called me yourself. My husband is also waiting for your phone concerning the tech that was suppose to come fix the machine last Monday, instead your here playing on google review. Mr. Etienne the owner, said it was suppose to pass under warranty, but apparently your warranties dont mean much to groupe protec. Its a joke. My mistake was not reading these reviews before purchasing your machine that was a lemon and you are pin pointing the client. Were not taking about a transaction of 5.00$ also my machine was 8 days old. blaming my electrician is not the problem of the machine, you should read up on electricity. I hope people will not make the same mistake i did. i hope they will read these reviews before purchasing your equipment with fake warranty.

Dealing with this Robert Simpson character is a joke. Never calls back. Never does what he says. Never again.

Service parts beautiful, but the sales, not really.

Excellent service from the whole team! A large inventory of products. I have done business with another refrigeration company and this one greatly exceeds my expectations. I will not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

cheap and low quality commercial equipment. does not last long at all. please do yourself a favour and buy equipment elsewhere

The worst service ever, BIG fraud, told you only 100$ for coming but at the end, charge 300$+ for only visit and cannot fix any problem for you.
