Very bad experience there! Specially with Funch Curier. My suggestion never ever deal with this person. I emailed him with 2 job postings. He replied me 2 days after the receipt of the email. I replied then. After 3 days he replied "Sorry, I missed the email and the job posting is closed". I mean seriously! Seriously! How unprofessional they are!

I've been working as a Technical Recruiter at Procom Consultants for 3 years now and it has been an amazing company to work for. I came into the industry with no experience, I have learned everything I know with the help of my team and awesome Team Leader. It's a very positive working environment where you are encouraged to push yourself and succeed.

In respect to recruiting and on-boarding of our consultants we follow a process to ensure all departments are efficiently supporting candidates from start to end. What I've seen this past 3 years is that Procom has a team of recruiters and client service coordinators that are very detail oriented and ensure all questions and concerns are always addressed. Procom provides us with step by step activities to ensure our candidate and client's experiences are smooth and positive.

I got a temp job as a resource manager at the TTC ...

I got a temp job as a resource manager at the TTC through procom. I was recruiting operators in a high volume campaign. Procom did not pay me for 6 weeks, I had to keep begging for my pay cheque when I had time, I was in interviews from 8am to 1:30 pm, needed to run errands at lunch for my elderly disabled mother. Then had to screen over 1000 resume s per month exceeding my targets cuz my team could not do it, incompetent, no experience in high volume recruiting, my TTC boss john iorio and Mireille Macia were if no assistance and TTC procurement Dept was blaming me for not getting paid. I had to go Labour Board to get paid by procom then procom did not pay full holiday pay until I told them I went to the labour Board, I had to quit in order to be paid, The
TTC director Mireille Macia and John iorio wanted me to return since their current team could not recruit that kind of high volume, so Procom Wendy told me I would be paid every 2 weeks on time. A short time later Procom stopped paying me, Wendy from Procom told me or rather ordered me that I will be paid monthly, which wasn't in the written agreement.
I quit again because I wasn't going to wait one month for my pay cheque, not paid full holiday pay so Procom can earn interest on my earnings, The procurement employee at TTC, I think her name was Joanna, blamed me for not getting paid and I should continue working without getting paid and I asked her how long would she work without a pay cheque and do all her 5 team members work as well? then the TTC director told me to go to another TTC procured agency and I did however later TTC employee, Blossom D'Silva, a supervisor, at wheelttrans expelled my disabled elderly mother from wheelttrans and told me my mother's Condition does not remain static meaning my mother recovered from her inability to walk without ever seeing her, I had to quit again because I previously arranged for my friends who don't drive to take mom to her hospital appointments but now I had to drive her since she was expelled for no reason, which meant I could not come to work because hospital appointments take all day and if my friends were there then I could talk to the dr over the phone but TTC Blossom d Silva decided my mother is no longer disabled which was not true, mayor John Tory was to blame because he created new policies to kick out current wheelttrans users, he thinks everyone who is disabled is lying about their disability, vote him out

The crux of this review is simply: AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have dealt with this company for 3 years - through no choice of my own and they have been terrible throughout. They are generally unresponsiveness, and only contact you when you escalate - after which they seem surprised that you are upset or annoyed. They do not follow up, do not confirm receipt of correspondence and continually make mistakes and hence it is incumbent on you (the client) to follow up their work (or lack of), or help correct their mistakes. It does not surprise me that the only 4-5 star reviews are from their staff, I would filter them and look at the reviews of their clients or prospective clients as you will find the 4 star average is bolstered by self serving reviews from their own team. I have worked with many similar organizations and they are hands down the worse I have ever dealt with - I really wish negative stars were an option as they merit a NEGATIVE 5. Save your self time, money and grief - find another more reliable group to deal with.
