I d like to give a big mahalo to the staff of Procare. Anette,jeoffery,kisha,Andrew,Bailey,and Eli this team right here was an awesome team together. They took very good care of my father until he passed and without them my family an I would have never been able to get through this. Each of them has had a special bond with my dad that impacted not only his life here but my family s also. They will always be in our heart s and prayers.

It was such a horrible time in our families lives when my mom had to be put on hospice. The staff went out of their way to make sure they answered all our questions and were very reassuring. They helped my mother pass with dignity. My mother was peaceful when she passed.
I am extremely saddened to see one of your nurses at UMC (Clinical Supervisor - 17196) on tiktok posting blatantly false information. As a family of a child who was falsely diagnosed with SBS, and the resulting trauma we endured, I am completely disheartened to see her posts. Erica Daniels needs to be reprimanded and her tiktok shut down. Immediately. She is NOT QUALIFIED to speak on this subject, and is ultimately HARMING families who are currently fighting this nightmare, by spreading misinformation and junk science.
My father was on their services for over 2 years and they were all absolutely amazing! From Gabby his nurse, to the Social Worker to the Chaplain all the way up to the ownership. These folks made such a difficult struggle so much easier and painless. They were always by our side guiding us and a shoulder to cry on when we needed it the most. I strongly recommend ProCare Hospice and especially their Admissions team of Paula and Danielle. They are very professional but warm and friendly and helped me make a difficult decision that much easier.
