Great gym. Friendly staff throughout the centre. Good Covid mitigations in place. App is very user friendly for bookings.
Great leisure centre. Friendly staff. The only thing that's needs to be sorted is lane swimming need to be warmer. Look at the ages that are using it. Mainly during the day 60 - 75 at least. Freezing last week.
Since I moved to the area in 2017, I have contact the center to have my little boy for swimming lessons. I was fully aware of the long waiting list .. in 2018 I spoke to Tracey Boxer and my sons name wasnt in the list at all .. so I sent all the information direct to her by email on the 30/10/2018 and included my little girl also .. after never get contact by flitwick and thing with covid starting to improve .. I decided to contact them to find out they positiong .. were informed that actually they name werent in the list at all .. I use I business number, my number is always on .. I never had an email, called from them offering the classes to my kids.. they said they did, I wasked the dates.. they didnt have any dates .. just had enough ... gave all the emails and the comunications to them from 2018 and they only offered to have my kids on the list again .. AGAIN .. I only mentioned .. Whats the point

Went swimming not too busy and a great stress buster. Really like the timed slots can we keep them please??
