I ordered the Mindplace Proteus from Pro Therapy while there was a sale on the Kasina at a $125 discount with a different vendor. Five (5) days later I get an email letting me know that my order had been cancelled. I called up and was told that they contacted the supplier and they don't carry this anymore. This seriously took six days? And who lists inventory they either don't have or can't acquire???

This is an example of a very poor business model - zero control over their supply chain and now instead of having a loyal customer who would have likely bought the Kasina from them down the road (and who knows what else), they have an agitated consumer who is leaving them a one star review, will post about my negative experience elsewhere and never do business with them for either myself or my company (I always try first on a personal level before investing for my company).

While the person on the phone was pleasant, thanking me for patience and telling me you'll pass this along to management has zero value. And when I asked if they could work with me on the Kasina, "sorry, can't do that."

If you're buying something and it's between Pro Therapy and another vendor - go with the other vendor.

Placed an order and eight days later called to find out what had happened and because they had the wrong email address they held up my order. They could ve called my cell number they had and told me what the delay was but they did not! And then wanted to charge me $22 for overnight express. Poor service!

Ordered a piece of equipment at @500 bucks. After two weeks I contacted them via chat. Will ship from a third party. You shud get soon. Two weeks later, same reply. Cancelled order. Should see credit in a few credit card billing cycles. If you want to do business with a company that uses sales techniques from 1970s, this is your place! Medical stuff is usually a little urgent. They did not seem to share my urgency, at all. Not even a bit.

REVISED REVIEW: Upon submitting my initial review I received a call (almost immediately) from Darlene who went above and beyond to resolve the issues I experienced. Items were received and am very pleased with their quality (in fact the TENS electrodes are far better than what originally came with my unit). I do wish that this issue would not have occurred but hope to have no problems when I place orders again.
Disappointed - placed order and had to call to get status of order. Then the customer reps (a couple)tried telling me my credit card did not go through because of a problem at my end which is not true as I verified with my credit card issuer. ProTherapy needs to get their stories straight - stop blaming the customer and leaving them in the dark. Even with the virus there should have been a status update available on account and/or customer notified if there was a problem with order. After talking with Gina she said she would have the Accounting Dept process (and I have already verified with my credit card issuer & it is in process) SO I EXPECT EXPEDITED SHIPPING as I expected to receive order today (5/15/20 or tomorrow). I based my order on several reviews and after speaking with someone prior to order. They do have a terrific selection of top of the line items but if the customer is given a run around or excuses and has to initiate communication then they need to re-evaluate there process.

Ordered an item on monday with an expedited 3 day shipping paid extra. Order did not ship out for four days and then shipment arrived five days later. Initial customer service response was horse hooey, second response was better but the bar wasn't set very high. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from here if you need it in a timely fashion.

Just had a knee replacement and ordered 2 of the 9"x24" gel packs. I put one above the knee cap and one below the knee cap. They stay cool for the recommended 20 minutes on each hour and refreeze by the timer I'm ready to use again. The only negative is over time the Velcro will leave unsightly pick marks on the fabric. However, I'm very glad I made the purchase.

With COVID going on many business's standard operating procedures are impacted and unfortunately PTS has not been spared. That said, they do strive to resolve customer issues.

I bought 2 pairs of crocs from the site. They arrived on time. However, one pair had a bad sole from the get go. The replacement of defective pair took longer than expected which is why its 4 not 5 stars. However, customer service was polite and responsive with handling the issue.

The one thing that stood out for me was how I felt I had a dedicated customer service rep that worked on resolving the issue with. I am more accustomed being passed around retelling my concern. I appreciate the follow through.

I purchased a product recently from Pro Therapy Supplies when I had shoulder surgery a few years ago. I absolutely love it. I purchased another one for my mother-in-law as she was experiencing a great deal of back and leg pain. She is thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this product.

I placed an order with Pro Therapy online. This was for an AirCast Cooler. I ordered it on a Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving. It was supposed to ship the next day. It was for a surgery scheduled the following Friday. On Thanksgiving morning I received a phone call from Pro Therapy confirming my mailing and shipping address. (Which was correct, as per my order). I asked the person I spoke to if this item would be shipped in time,using the free shipping service I specified,to arrive by the surgery date which was 12/4. She said it would arrive by then. I did not receive any other info until 11/27 when I received a notice that the item had generated a Fed-Ex Label. Finally on Monday 11/30 the item left the facility and arrived at a Fed-Ex facility in Georgia where it sat and sat and sat. I made numerous attempts to follow up with Pro Therapy as to why the item didn't ship. They said because I specified "snail mail" it was out of their hands. On their website it says that the option for free shipping is 3-8 days after placing the order. The item is now still at the Fed-ex facility and has no scheduled arrival date to Portland Or. I have had to order another AllCast item for the surgery (which arrived ontime), at considerable extra expense. Its up to you if you decide to use these people but don't order from them unless you don't care when you item comes or you use the most expensive shipping option.
