They are liars and manipulators. You are forced to sign your contract without having time to read it.

Fictitious replacement, they force the staff who are there to make the replacement of the absent staff on their hours therefore it is a pure scam for the customer who is billed normally.

After 18 years of contract we have changed provider because our new customer manager did not find it necessary to warn us in case of absence of service (3 weeks without cleaning the premises !!!) nor change of staff (the person was not aware of the time of intervention, the location, and the tasks to be performed).
