They repaired my iPhone 6s that had been dunked 2 days prior. I did not have a lot of hope , but thought to see if anything could be done. They were able to get the phone dried out, new screen faster than promised at a very reasonable price. The back camera did not work and they tried a replacement , but it was a board issue; I appreciate the effort to try! Highly recommend!

Needed a screen protector for my iPhone 6 Plus. Was warmly greeted by the manager. Told him what I needed and 5 minutes later I was out the door with my screen protector installed. Great place for quality/service.
Do NOT go to this place. The two guys in here are crooks who can't fix a phone if they had to. I payed 150 dollars for a iPhone 6 to be repaired and screen was coming out when they gave it bad, said the frame was bent so i need to go see apple. and no refund ! i would not go here with any apple product save yourself some time and go straight to apple

Dropped off my seriously messed up iPad and they said they could fix it. Come back tomorrow. Less than an hour later my phone rang and it is done! Awesome place.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! In response to your comment...we had brought in a notebook with a broken screen and it was going to cost almost as much as a n as one and we were talked down to/belittled. It might have been a bad day for your salesperson as it was CV lose to Xmas. We will probably come back in with a broken phone screen. Thank you

Amazing place, sprint wanted to charge me almost $300 for a small crack in my LCD screen. But the staff of this place charged much less. Very kind, fast and did an amazing job!!!

Outstanding service!!!!! Went to Best Buy first that was a joke!!!! They acted like they had no time for me told me my phone was dead. Went to Pro Cellular looking for a used phone they said let us look at it. They were able to restore the phone back to prefect working order in a matter of a few hours not weeks like Best Buy.

I've always had a good experience with the guy there until the old douchebag that I'm assuming owns the business had to open his mouth today. You can tell the other younger guy that works there can't stand him as well. He's the one that should be running the place. I bought a phone there and have had s lot of trouble with it and he was treating me like I was stupid and was lying because it wasn't happening right at the time he was looking at it. He doesn't know how to talk to people and I'm surprised he is still in business the way he thinks it's OK to talk to people. He refused a refund or exchange and I would never recommend buying a phone from this place if this is how he treats people. I feel sorry for the dark headed younger guy that has to work with this moron! Terrible experience! Don't go there!!!

These guys saved me hundreds! Son s IPhone X had a crack in back glass. Apple said they d replace phone for reduced rate but it was still over $600. Pro Cellular repaired it and saved me around $450! Great service and worked quickly! Phone is like new! They have my future business!

Very professional and honest. I have had him replace screen on my phones. Gave a phone for diagnostics and he told me that it was not repairable so was waiving the diagnosis fee. I am a customer for life!
